    • @CookitOut
      @CookitOut  Před 6 lety +1

      I'm glad you liked it :) you can put your 5g scoop of creatine in the same shake btw. Insulin spikes in your body help absorb the creatine better - and this shake has bananas, which'll do that.

    Brother I workout in the morning. Can't have these heavy preworkout meals coz they Bcoz of little time. They won't digest properly. So I usually workout empty stomach. What could be the pre workout options for me? Some fast digesting stuff

    • @CookitOut
      @CookitOut  Před 6 lety +1

      In the morning, the body's ability to digest sugars is the maximum - insulin sensitivity increases after sleeping, because you don't eat anything during your sleep. If you feel this would be a bit too heavy on you, you can halve all the ingredients. Having this half an hour before the workout will ensure a steady supply of protein and glycogen.

    • @CookitOut
      @CookitOut  Před 6 lety +1

      If you think aapke liye heavy rahega, ek kela kam dal lena. Workout se half hour pehle lo ye drunk - it'll give a constant supply of glycogen and protein :)
