  • Did you know you can make Peanut Butter at home and save loads of money! It is so simple to make, and tastes way better than the store-bought PB. Peanut butter is highly calorie dense, and really healthy - great for children, and people who want to gain weight. You can also make it sugar free! All you need are some roasted peanuts, salt, sugar, (optional) and oil(optional)
Stays good in the fridge for 2-3 weeks easily!
    Equipment I use:
    Weighing Scale - amzn.to/2whfnu1
    Prestige OTG Oven - amzn.to/2nUVu8u
Inalsa Juicer Mixer Grinder - amzn.to/2BzXDjq
    Bamboo Cutting Board - amzn.to/2wkslaB
Tempered Glass Gas Stove - amzn.to/2nUXWvI
    Fancy Oil Bottle - amzn.to/2OXo5W5
    Collar / Lavalier mic - amzn.to/2BuE3VG
    Main Camera - amzn.to/2Lgy7iF
    Secondary Camera - OnePlus 3t.

Thanks for the AMAZING response to this video. Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:
    1. Can ghee/coconut oil/ olive oil/ any refined oil be used? - YES! The peanuts themselves have a lot of oil - but the extra oil just helps make things more smooth. Ghee or coconut oil will solidify upon refrigeration, so you might have to microwave it a bit before consuming in case you add these.
    2. Shelf life - Stays good for 2-3 weeks in the fridge. if kept outside the fridge - lasts for a week or two in an airtight container - depending on the weather. (The peanut oils tend to go rancid easily)
    3. Peanut butter turned out powdery/lumpy - why? - Your peanuts were not roasted properly. They won't release their oils unless they're perfectly (and preferably freshly) roasted. Properly roasted peanuts smell similar to Popcorn, and the kernels turn yellowish brown.
    4. Why are you dancing /jumping so much - This was one of the first videos I shot for the channel, had little idea about camera presence and was trying to make the whole video energetic :D. Check out my newer videos - you'll see a huge improvement in presentation skills :)
Thanks again for the brilliant response. Subscribe for more detailed videos on cooking - and share it with your friends!!

I'll tell about my experience very frankly:
First time when I tried this, I did a mistake that as soon as I roasted the peanuts, I put them into the grinder and after grinding them for a while I couldn't get the desired consistency so I went on grinding it which eventually lead to the burning and spoiling of the peanut butter...
The next time I roasted the peanuts then I had put it in a big plate to cool down for about 15-20 minutes then I started grinding it and tbh I had to grind it for quite a long time that may be because I had a normal mixer grinder and not a food processor...an the end result was a delicious peanut butter which looked even better than the store bought one....
I made a jar from 250 grams peanuts and a handful of flax seeds along with a pinch of rock salt and 2 teaspoons of jaggery powder...All ingredients collectively costed 40/- INR
I am happy now because my gym instructor told to eat peanut butter in breakfast and now I have it ❤️

Been using alpino peanut butter powder, which cost around 600rs per 400g. per serving(30gm) has 16g protien, 3g fat and 9gm carb with 130 cals in total, but i use only 15 gm of it and blend with other protien source ingredients to make a protien shake. This last for a month to me.

@@rakkasaxeena2153 Disclaimer, I'm not a doctor, though I do watch thousands of hours of lectures from doctors around the world.
You should find an alternative doctor to conform what i'm about to say. A good Chiropractor should do (for example).
Okay with that said, the main method i read and heard about is first to do a cleanse of all gluten, for three months. This means no bread, pasta, refined foods that hide it. Basically you need to be on a keto diet for three months, you can't even be in the same area as gluten, if you have someone who lives you, they also have to follow that diet for three months. Throw out all gluten items you currently have as well. Okay now after this is done you move to the next step.
Take the item in which you are allergic to. Now while still following your keto diet, you want to put a small amount (think quetip sized) on the back of your hand. It should get slightly red, this is acceptable. (keep your allergy medication handy just in case). Let the item you are allergic to stay on your hand for 20 to 30 minutes (unless you have an allergic reaction in which you needed to use your medication for, in that case remove it immediately). Repeat this step until you have no reaction on your skin.
This next step is the possibly dangerous one. Have your medication ready. After you no longer react to your food allergy on your skin for at least one month. (that's an important time frame, don't skip it). You can now place a very small amount in your mouth. Keep it in your mouth let it dissolve under your tongue ( you have special glands there). Remember the instant an allergic reaction happens (if it happens) at this step take your medication and clean your mouth out. If no reaction happens, keep repeating this step for at least one month. ( don't eat what you're allergic to yet, even if you have no reaction at all while it's in your mouth.)
Remember while doing this, stay on your keto diet. Don't come into contact with the food you're allergic to either with the noted exception above.
Good luck trying this method. Remember, I first highly recommend talking to an alternative health Doctor first. (this should be your first step, make sure he knows you want to get rid of an allergy.)
