The most important thing about Slot is that he just needs to be a very very good coach. He doesn't have to have the grand father personality and aura of Jurgen because its actually not really necessary. Jurgen has things about him that are not necessarily needed to make LFC a winning team. Id prefer a good coach who maybe has more fresher ideas than even Jurgen, more so than a similar personality to Jurgen. I like the look of Arne. We have Edwards and Hughes to run the club. Arne just needs to be a more expansive version of Pep Lijnders.
A change was desperatly needed. Liv is still good but the same 433 highpress for 7 years has gotten quite boring and predictable.

As a Dutchman I can tell you that Ten Hag is nothing like Slot. Ten Hag was already a bad communicator in Dutch, and his Ajax teams always looked kind of manic. Slot is a much better communicator and his teams just look very well organized. So apart from the boring “ oh they are both bold Dutch guys” they do not have that much in common anyway.
So Amorin will be the new LFC manager after they teach him a lesson by talking to Slot. If this deal isn't done by the weekend it's definitely Amorin
