A Powerful Flagship! Xiaomi Buds 4 Pro Review! When Xiaomi comes out with a new earbuds that aims to rival the biggest earbuds brand out there, both in performance and price point, you know things are getting serious, so let’s check it out!
The earbuds today, the Xiaomi Buds 4 pro is sent over to me for review, however, this is not a sponsored post, so i’ll share with you my thoughts about this new earbuds!
The Xiaomi Buds 4 pro, is pretty expensive, coming in at about 249 euros, or about 290 US dollars, which is more expensive than the Airpods Pro, and on par with the Bose QC earbuds 2 at launch. And with that, you know Xiaomi is ready to play with the big boys.

Cool review on the upgrade. Price is a bit up there for no gaming mode, but definitely agree the ANC is top notch.
Only missed the available controls for it, are they good? I have a Soundpeats today, bought after watching your videos, and I love what they bring

I have both. To me, sound quality is the same. Linkbud s are more comfortable and have better ANC. However, a portion of linkbud s have a hardware problem and develop a blowing noise when ANC is turned on, so it's a bit risky to buy them.
What about to compare with Freebuds pro 2? Which are better

Im still using the redmi buds 3pro.Road noise,wind,people talking,no buzzing sound on anc..All in all i love it.control also never disappoint

How do they compare to the previous flagship from Xiaomi, the Buds 3T Pro? Currently using them and have been extremely pleased with the quality for in ear headphones. So I was wondering whether it would be worth it to upgrade, once they are a bit cheaper.

Ty. What about ANC, sound and Spatial sound comparing to Oneplus buds 2 Pro. Is OnePlus superior for non-OnePlus phone with LDAC and LHDC support?
Spatial sound isnt that great on these but its serviceable. everything else is good though. The only issue I have with these is the price.... I believe these are just too expensive and if you only use 1 device with your buds you are better off with the liberty 4 (unless you can get the xiaomi with a discount). p.s I wouldnt get the oneplus buds if u dont already have a oneplus device
@@racvvIt may be better to buy earbuds from the same company as the one that released the smartphone you are currently using.
Do take note that smartphone companies last few years (and expected to continue in future) are focusing on seamlessly integrating their respective earbuds with their respective phones.
Example being Apple releasing software updates and apps to ensure seamless interoperability between their Air Pods 2 with their iPhones and MacBooks, Samsung releasing software updates to seamlessly integrate their Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with their Samsung Galaxy phones, etc.
These companies are more familiar with the nuance of their respective gadgets' software when releasing software integration updates and apps.
By contrast, an earbuds from a company different than the user's present smartphone (such as Sony's own WF-1000XM5 premium earbuds being used on an iPhone) may not be able to utilise the full audio potential present in a smartphone from a different company.
The future that major companies look at are seamless software integration of all of their devices in their respective ecosystems.
Walled gardens where 'plants' (aka devices) are managed aggressively to co-exist with each other.

Hello. Depending. On which phone you use. If you use IPhones, AirPods Pro 2 is fantastic. If you use the buds 4 pro with iPhones, you loose quite a lot of configurability.

@@racvvI still think for sound the oneplus is better. The biggest issue with the xiaomi so the price. It's just too high. It does come with great features though (amazing transparency mode, good anc, usable spatial sound)
The thing I like about the xiaomi is there is no eco system lock in. Pretty much all features are available no matter what phone u use them with. With the one plus u lose spatial sound if u don't have a pixel or one plus and u need a phone with lhdc support for high res audio, but even without high res the sound tuning on the one plus is good
Not a big fan of Apple styled Stem TWS...Hope they make an in-ear styled one in future

Stem style is so ugly in my opinion.It doesnt seal nicely too,at least on me

Hey folks, I just picked these up and everything is fine except when I try to update the firmware it keeps coming back as an error occurring while syncing resulting in a no-go. I've tried everything I can think of without success. Has anyone else run into this problem and if so how did you get by it? To be honest this is really bothering me. Thanks!
What is the update? Did you fix it?
Just put them in the case and leave the ledge open. Just gotten mine today and it worked perfectly fine upgrading them this way (tested on a Xiaomi 12T Pro).
It's great to see Xiaomi competing with the big boys, with this truly premium offering! It really checks all the boxes! The call quality was superb!
But 290 dollars is a bit of a stretch l think! Especially when the Redmi bud4 pro are like 60,and the Xiaomi buds 4 are a, 110 dollars!

Thanks brother Zein, I think so too, personally, the price is too steep in my opinion. Maybe a very niche group that has the Xiaomi 13 might find it appealing to complement their phone.

In a Starbucks can only hear a small bit of the cafe, but Im using these for Online teaching in Starbucks so my students cant hear the people in Starbucks. So it works great, but voice needs to be improved

xiaomi buds 5 review, they have better anc than this, at 1/5 the price.
There's zero, I mean zero chance of someone going to a physical store or online to put $300 in these earbuds.
It's just the Redmi Buds 4 Pro under another name and 5 times more expensive.
Xiaomi put this price on these earbuds because they are part of the gifts offered when pre-ordering a Xiaomi 13 / 13 Pro (sold excessively expensive) to give customers the impression that they have made a good deal, since they receive ''gifts'' of $300 earbuds + a TV ''worth'' $300-$400.
People will therefore have the false impression of having paid €1300 - €700 therefore €600 for the smartphone, which is completely false.
Sorry, but for the 1st time in years that I have followed you and subscribed to this channel, I will give you a 👎🏽, I do not admit that you can participate in this kind of campaign bordering on scam .

Honestly I would have agreed if I didnt try these buds out myself and I gotta say they are really really good. The only issue is the price - they are overpriced
