This might be the one replacement buds I've been waiting for so long! I've still been using my Soundpeats TrueFree+ wireless since God knows when and couldn't find a pair which comes close to how TrueFree+ does Spatial and Directional Sound, and how every instrument is an individual, and bass is just right to make epic music feel "epic". Dual Drivers really make a difference. I might try this, thank you! ❤ but totn between this and Soundpeats Engine 4, which is a Dual Driver and LDAC Support
I just got the Space Travel buds a couple of days ago. Here are my first impressions. When listening in a quiet controlled space they sound very good. Detailed, musical and pleasing. Connectivity was a breeze, and I settled on the Reference choice in the app. When used outside on a busy street even with ANC engaged they are unenjoyable, and underwhelming. It comes down to a lack of headroom in the volume department. Even indoors they are just barely loud enough when paired with an iphone, and leave no headroom for songs that may be mastered at a lower level. So, in my opinion the Space Travel are good for certain use cases, but travel is not one of them.
They’re meant to be used when space travelling, where it’s definitely quiet enough 😂

Great video! Price point is very attractive. I've been using edifier x3 for the last ~3 years and still working well. No idea on sound quality but is it comparable?
as always, great and straight to the point review. I purchased QCY-L2 ANC years ago because of your recommendation. ANC was unbeatable for the price and it helped me A LOT to sleep in noisy airplane cabin. how's the moondrop ANC compares to QCY-L2? I don't really mind a bit of high frequency sound coming through. for me, the most important is to block the constant plane engine sound. should I upgrade or not? thanks in advance.

This definitely made me consider the space travel as a more budget option that it wont be too much of an issue if I ever lose it or it stops working after a year or two. How do you think does it compare to the Edifier TWS 1 pro? I stupidly lost the buds and was looking for a replacement for it. Do you think that the space travel is better than it (mainly in the technicalities)? I was originally considering the soundpeats engine 4 at 37 USD but this is definitely a tempting offer at almost half the price and the added ANC.

Another solid review. Curious about these as I tried the Nekocake in the past and found them surprisingly enjoyable and comfortable. I have the SP Engine4 so doing a self-comparison would be interesting. Mic definitely could be better but it's $25 so no surprise. Thx.

I tried the Space Travel and returned then as I preferred the sound signature of the Nekocake. The latter seemed louder and more full whereas the Space Travel sounded like an average set for $20. As I didn't initially give the Nekocake a fair chance the 1st time, may try the Space Travel again for a long term test.

Awesome, thanks for the review. I recently started looking for wireless buds for my morning routine since I really disliked the wire of my current ones just dangling about while running and "tugging" at my ears, but didn't really want to just spend 40+ bucks on a pair with decent-ish quality. This pair being 25 bucks certainly puts them on my radar, as it won't really be that big of a deal if I damage or lose one of them. The battery life, which would arguably be the biggest con, also doesn't really bother me, since I'll only really use them for 1,5 - 2ish hours per day.
iluv is also really good for the price, sound quality is decent not great, but they do have 4 mic noise cancelling.

Actually there is game mode. You just need to tap 4 times and it will say "game mode" and if you tap 4 times again it says "music mode". The music mode is the standard when you remove the tws from the case. And this mechanism works on both sides.

@@jcarlo19 On either sides tap 4 times to activate game mode and 4 taps again to return to music mode. Unfortunately you cannot change this feature in the app provided by moondrop.

Kenneth you is my go to tws guy. Bought soundpeats free2 classic (broken now) because of your' s recommendation and now space travel. Thank you for make.your's review simple and eazy to understand.
Interesting to see a good ANC TWS at that price. I guess the compromise is the mic. Based on that sample, it sucks hard. It is barely audible. Other than that, it looks good especially that decal and casing.
My buddy just got his pair yesterday and when he told me he was using them when we were on the phone I was really surprised, sounded just like he was using the mic in his phone! Idk if they fixed it with software or what but I was impressed
I think it sounds bad because it's unedited after a whole video where audio received some very proper treatment - a comparison is just naturally, unavoidably made and yeah it doesn't sound remotely as good as whatever mic+post production Kenneth is using at his studio

I have these and they are fantastic!
I have Neekocake before, comparing them and this Space Travel is a huge improvement. My only gripe was no lid and buttons were tap when removing the buds.
Might be release a case on these because Neekocake have a case available even in 3rd party sellers

Just bought these for 20 dollars in 9 9 sale! I just tested it out while walking in the city and ANC is good enough. The background noise is reduced enough. The wind noise though. It can't remove it but for the money I paid I can't complain.

Got a pair and can agree that sound is great for the price. ANC does not pass the working in a factory test. I was worried about the buds falling out of the lidless case while in a pocket but so far it hasn't happened. Definitely decent beaters.

@@tendousj not tws, but Sony wh3 on ear does, so I assume successors including the tws does aswell.
And obviously I'm not making any measured claims, just my experience from my workplace where ear protection is not required and we don't have to shout to communicate but still noisy machinery.
