Hi good morning. I wanted to comment here and share that sand tray therapy has been very beneficial on my own in working with my own level of dissociation. On my end the toys help give me a voice when I'm blocked verbally, when my anxiety is through the roof or I feel resistant in a session.

I'm an early start therapist and we unfortunately don't do therapy at an office location but do in home therapy
