borderlands 1 will always be my all time favorite game, i really wish the other borderlands games would of kept the atmosphere and feeling from the first game, instead of making it a comedy, bot to mention i feel like all of the guns in the first game were perfect

Killed craw and armory over a dozen times and never seen 1 pearl. Killed a midget and got a pearl shield. Killed an armored chemical and got a pearl shot gun. WTF!
I've killed crawmerax at least 200 times and only received pearl shields which obviously are disappointing compared to pearl weapons because who the hell cares about shields. You'd think after having the game be 11 years old they would up the drop rate.
BL3 is broke so I came back to BL1 and I agree they should up the drop rates and also they should add new legendary and pearl weapons I would even pay for it like a dlc
I feel like they have slightly upped the pearl rate. I’ve been doing a 5-10 craw kills and 2-3 armoury runs a night for a week. I’ve had an Avenger and two Tsunamis (one good one terrible) from the Armoury. And i’ve finally had a pearl from Craw. It was a pretty good Aries.
Pearls in Borderlands 1 were extremely rare but are very powerful in obtaining them. With the right amount of gears you can play this game feeling like a VH God.
The Torgue Undertaker needed to be on this list. On Roland with his mag extension skill and metal storm maxed out plus a Support Gunner Mod equals unending Barrage of Death to the point my FPS dropped so hard all i could see was smoke clouds for several minutes. Ah the memories.
Borderlands two has a problem where the pearls are for the most part good there are just other guns that are overpowered as shit (grog nozzle, unkempt harold)

Multiple vaults and worlds? I'm sure they saw the pearl backlash and will definitely do pearls some justice in borderlands 3. As far as I am concerned, pearls are supposed to be the either A. Best all around weapons, or B. Have niche's that make them insane in certain situations and simply above average when regularly used.

I play on PS4. Yea and the Handsome collection seems to have really done well for them. I know a lot of people who bought it some never played BL before. I bought it for BL2 cause I didn't like the pre sequel really there was too many problems with it. I don't think it would cost them a lot to put out BL on the new consoles and I think a lot of people will buy it. I definitely would and know there's a lot of people hoping Gearbox does it.

i hope in borderlands 3 they have repeater and revolver pistols again, to open up a bunch more guns and each manufacterer can have a repeater and revolver...
Seeing as how Gearbox put out a few new specialty legendaries, I wonder how the Bessie measures up to the Silent Night. Bessie has a 500% critical bonus, but the Silent Night has a 800% critical bonus.
The bessie is way better, I've used both while fighting craw, and bessie was generally way more reliable than Silent Night. Silent night and the other gearbox weapons are more useful for the weapon combining glitch.
@@quaiduncleson I have to agree with you there. The Bessie’s higher base damage scales with the 500% critical damage and it’s much easier to use with the ADS pinpoint accuracy effect.
Pretty much every Gearbox weapon I've ever used has brought me really good help against higher level enemies. The Silent Night, the Hive Mind, and the Mug Shot are my most favorite ones.

And add hybrid weapons too like Nemesis-Invader. That thing was my strongest gun until I found the Ogre.
My favorite was Lilith, but now it's Mordecai Gunslinger Build. *Lilith hops in runner* "Lets get outta here!" I've always loved Jakobs weapons in Borderlands 1. Was sad they ruined Jakobs in Borderlands 2 at higher levels. So glad they brought back Jakobs as total beast in Pre Sequel. My Nisha in the Pre Sequel RAPES. She is a PURE Jakobs build. I would have to check my Nisha to see what gear she uses but it's all pretty much the best in every way. Although my favorite character in the Pre Sequel is Aurelia. My own father is currently in the hospital, due to only 15% of his gallbladder. He's gotten through alot, but I'm extremely worried now & can only hope he lives to see the next day. I realize death and just being rushed to a hospital are two extremely different things, but the surgery can also lead to death. I don't mean to go on too long about my own problems, but it's honestly a concerning topic.

Pearlescent weapons can be obtained anywhere in the game. Got a Pearl Sniper at Tartarus and the Pearl Ogre in the Underdome as well as a Pearl pistol in the main game content. You can only gain access to Pearlescent weapons if you have Knoxx DLC. I did have the GoTY Edition though and it may have been patched officially, but pearlescent weapons are everywhere in game now. Just an FYI -it may have been a patch for GoTY for all I know.
Hi puma I just want to say man Eridian weapons in borderlands changed a lot they had had unlimited ammo and they reheated now they spend too much ammo in borderlands 3 make eridian weapons change to unlimited and PS I have one
in B1 when knoxx dlc came out, i actually got an aires that had a x5 on it (was probably due to how you could make a gun on pc and port it in via flash drive). it destroyed most of all foes.
Cimer? You mean the chimera revolver. Yea I got that. It's a legendary level revolver with x4 elemental effect and the effects change randomly. Its damage is high and with the right build you'll have more than 2 rounds in the chamber. Probably my favorite gun I've gotten. Got it from crawmerax.
A huge difference between bl1 pearlscents and that crappy bl2 weapons with that unfair rarity when those weapons that can be even worse than common white weapons
Idk if the Bessie is one of the best snipers or if the silent night (a gearbox weapon) is one of the best. I bring this up because the silent night has an 800% critical hit damage booster, while the Bessie only has 500%, but I do take into consideration that the Bessie is a jakobs weapon, so it's base damage is most likely higher than the silent night. And the silent night only has a base ammo capacity of 3, but if you use Roland, it can go as high as 7
The Bessie can have a base damage that can scale massively with the 500% critical damage, giving it a decent advantage. The pinpoint accuracy effect also makes the Bessie easier to use than the Silent Night.
Wish I had the Jackal shotgun. I have the Tsunami, Nemesis/Invader hybrid, double Stalker, and a Undertaker. Plus the Omega shield. (I play BL1/BL:TPS/BL2 on Nintendo Switch for now. Once I get a Xbox One, I'll port my old saves over to the remasters soon.)
Played thru Borderlands so many times, killed Crawmerax and ran the Atlas vault too many times to count... all on hardest difficulty. Never seen a single Pearl.
It need actualy to show how S&S was way better than Bandit. Also if you wanna make Eridian guns, don't forget eridian shockgun (it can be spawn tought willowtree).
I knew it, played both playthroughs and did the DLCs on each, beat Crawmerax also on each, achived the max. level and still I never got one. Before moving on to Borderlands 2, I was actually thinking about keeping playing the first one until I got one, but then I realized that there was no point since I had the game already beaten and gotten the max. level so I wouldn't get to use it that much.

i found that the hellfire carried me through the game and the tourgue x4 smg's slaughtered crawmerax for me (played siren with a smg ammo class mod)
Anarchy and mercenary class mod, one of the best builds in the game

Hi puma I just want to say man Eridian weapons in borderlands changed a lot they had had unlimited ammo and they reheated now they spend too much ammo in borderlands 3 make eridian weapons change to unlimited and PS I have one
in B1 when knoxx dlc came out, i actually got an aires that had a x5 on it (was probably due to how you could make a gun on pc and port it in via flash drive). it destroyed most of all foes.
Cimer? You mean the chimera revolver. Yea I got that. It's a legendary level revolver with x4 elemental effect and the effects change randomly. Its damage is high and with the right build you'll have more than 2 rounds in the chamber. Probably my favorite gun I've gotten. Got it from crawmerax.

A huge difference between bl1 pearlscents and that crappy bl2 weapons with that unfair rarity when those weapons that can be even worse than common white weapons
Idk if the Bessie is one of the best snipers or if the silent night (a gearbox weapon) is one of the best. I bring this up because the silent night has an 800% critical hit damage booster, while the Bessie only has 500%, but I do take into consideration that the Bessie is a jakobs weapon, so it's base damage is most likely higher than the silent night. And the silent night only has a base ammo capacity of 3, but if you use Roland, it can go as high as 7
The Bessie can have a base damage that can scale massively with the 500% critical damage, giving it a decent advantage. The pinpoint accuracy effect also makes the Bessie easier to use than the Silent Night.
Before my old ps3 died, i got a bessie with 3 projectiles per shot, i had it on Mordecai, it was the best damn sniper rifle i used in that game
Wish I had the Jackal shotgun. I have the Tsunami, Nemesis/Invader hybrid, double Stalker, and a Undertaker. Plus the Omega shield. (I play BL1/BL:TPS/BL2 on Nintendo Switch for now. Once I get a Xbox One, I'll port my old saves over to the remasters soon.)

Played thru Borderlands so many times, killed Crawmerax and ran the Atlas vault too many times to count... all on hardest difficulty. Never seen a single Pearl.
Through all my days of farming for Pearls, the only one I ever found was an Avenger... woof
I actually got a stalker from a crimson lance soldier. It was the only pearl I got.

It need actualy to show how S&S was way better than Bandit. Also if you wanna make Eridian guns, don't forget eridian shockgun (it can be spawn tought willowtree).
I didn't even know there were Pearlescent guns in Borderlands 1. And i played it through multiple time's + all the DLC's.
I knew it, played both playthroughs and did the DLCs on each, beat Crawmerax also on each, achived the max. level and still I never got one. Before moving on to Borderlands 2, I was actually thinking about keeping playing the first one until I got one, but then I realized that there was no point since I had the game already beaten and gotten the max. level so I wouldn't get to use it that much.
Yo, I'm not sure if anyone realized this or I'm just Crazy but in the last 35 ish seconds of the Serpent entry the Corrosioned enemies screams sounded a lot like The Bane noises could've been my imagination but i thought it was pretty close

yes,in knoxx dlc,in the midgets cave will be a hidden chest with a mission called "lost lewts"
