  • Using an old Igloo cooler & old pallets, we made a rustic outdoor cooler stand for my father-in-law this Father's Day. This project cost nothing to make--only our time and ingenuity.

As you get older, you realize one of the greatest gifts you can give is your gift of time. Thank you both!

This is my favorite video of all the cooler videos because it’s so simple. I’ve literally never built anything out of wood but I have drills, impact guns, a jig saw lol, I feel like I can do this with very minimal supplies that I would have to go buy. Thank you

Great build. I got a ton of pallets and can get a cooler. How did you attach the wooden top to the cooler lid?

Thanks for watching! All I did was build the frame around the lid and then hammer nails thru the wood into the lid around the sides. I’ve seen people use screws as well. You could use some adhesive around the edge to insure it stays put long term

@@RotoCityTech that’s what I thought you did. But wasn’t 100%. I guess any size cooler would work right?

Yup. I had that cooler already and just built around it. So whatever cooler you have just make it fit around it. All good.
