I would love to see a EGT and boost:drive comparison between the 19+ ram STR and Mach 1 @ 450hp and max effort

I'm looking into Steed Speed exhaust manifold (T3) but I believe you have to get a much larger turbo such as a S300 or S400 which will fit with that set up. Too big of a turbo for me and it looks like the VGT manifold will work just fine with your turbo, which I'm very much set on. Is there a way that I can use that T3 with your turbo? I use my truck as an everyday driver for now but plan on pulling a fifth wheel in the future. I'm simply trying to achieve 650hp with as little effort as possible... I want that good flow, in and out

What would you recommend for a 2017 3500 g56 efi live 5 position on a diet?

@@Kevin-midmichigan I have basically the same truck as yourself, '17 2500 G56. First issue is these trucks are over geared. Mine came with 3.42s which means that 60MPH is a hard downshift point(1500rpm) due to the clutch(south bend organic twin) with 37s. I installed 4.11 gears so that it runs 2000rpm in 6th at 70, or basically the same final gearing as if you had a max tow auto. Running a 64mm VGT it pulls 14.5k up the 7% grades in Montana at 70(5th gear) and never goes over 1400 degrees.

@@Kevin-midmichigan An STR would be a great fit for what you have now. If you ever think you'll add an upgraded CP3 and/or injectors then I would reccomend our 64mm. Here's a video that might help understanding where the STR/64 fit based on your current and future HP goals. czcams.com/video/TjAedXy_o1E/video.html
