I am both angered and frustrated for Moist eSports because of how much of a nightmare this sounds like it was. And, that seemingly there is nothing to be done even if a legal case is won. I will be following this as it develops. Please respect Charlie as he cannot divulge certain details as this is an ongoing legal matter. The fact that even EA allowed "Team Not Moist" to publicly call out US Immigration at the event really feels like this was targeted towards both Charlie and EA. Even EA is most likely pissed at US Immigration making it difficult for their own players almost unable to participate

I can see the headlines now, "Florida-man sues US Immigration"
Government bureaucracies are NEVER wrong and will not change without laws being written. Even if you take them to court and the courts and judges say that they are in the wrong. Bureaucracies always say the same line "we are disappointed with the court decisions and are looking at our legal options". Then they carry on doing what they were successfully sued for.
It's wild. This seems like a blatant issue, and with all the information presented, good for Charlie for standing up to them.

There has been some weird shit with US immigration and Australian citizens in particular recently for some reason. Like, this isn't the first case like that where completely legit people from Australia have not been let in for a longer stay, there is something shady going on there. It also could have been a case of Charlie's team specifically being targeted. Either way something's off

While I agree with Penguin changing the constitution is a no go. If anything just change the internal procedures. however there not required to give a reason. The only reason we get a reason is more for professionalism unfortunately government is professional yet not professional.
Im surprised he didn't just send his buddys through the southern border and hop the fence. Millions of people do it all the time and rarely get caught and if they did they don't have to show up to there court date anyway.
