Hi , I'm From Malappuram.I have three children , eldest one five years old and the youngest nine months and in between one two and half years. Till now by god's grace I have no issues mentioned above back pain and others. I don't know why this is so ? And thank God for giving me 3 babies and health to look after them .

The signs and symptoms are
*irregular periods or periods that maybe heavier or lighter
*Night sweat or difficult in sleeping...u maybe feel like tired
*Anxiety
*Changes in mood
*Vaginal dryness
*Bladder control it means u may feel like sudden urge to urinate or urine may leak during exercise and sneezing
It effect each women's in a various way because of this the women's may gain more weight easily

The reason is, if your period is regular you have and idea about ovulation and the safe days.. But if your period is irregular, you cannot depend on the ovulation tracking and hence the safe time...
