The first time I did the complete breath I felt very high. Elation and exuberance. Probably because I had never received so much oxygen in my entire life at once. You can literally feel space being created inside your body, more space than you knew was there. It's wild.

Absolutely correct.
My rate of breathing has been 3 to 4 times per minute since last 35 years. Even less than 3 at times. Please give me instructions if possible. I have not tried any techniques...it csme spontsneous.

Sir kya ham full yogic breathing me jab exhale karte hain to two pauses dete hain..jaise ki pahle clavicular release karen pause for moment and then release thoracic pause for a moment and then release abdomen...kya aise hi karte hain ?
