The First Story of the First Book involved a time-traveling ball pit. We didn’t have any rails to start with and I commend your dedication to sticking with the insanity of this franchise.
Well we did have a rail but... it was being Grinded on by a skateboarding Shark and someone else jumped over it.
To be honest, that feels tame compared to whatever happened halfway through the book series.

My only issue with the ‘William is Michael’s stepfather’ theory is that, iirc, the animatronics mistake Michael for William because they look so similar, which would imply a biological connection.
Or maybe it's only because they dress alike? Kids are... Kinda dumb sometimes and can't recognize people's faces, there was a child calling me the whole damn minute asking to eat ice-cream because I just so happened to dress the same as her sister...

It could be a messed up relationship/paternity thing. The unknown mother figure could have had Mike (the oldest child) with William before Marrying Henry. Then had 3 more children with Henry. One dies causing Henry to kill himself after which she got back with William.
Cheating and false paternity could be involved at any step in this process. Charlie could also be Henry’s firstborn from a different relationship.

One issue: Michael explicitly looks a lot like William to the point that they are confused for one another in Sister Location. So he's definitely biologically related to Michael at least, though maybe not the other two

Coils the Clown is most likely not the Puppet. The Puppet, despite the image shown, does not have lemon and lime colored stripes on its arms. *HOWEVER,* Ennard's mask, which we know must have come from a previously used animatronic, *DOES* have lemon and lime stripes on his hat! So in conclusion, *Ennard* is most likely the real bearer of the "Coils the Clown" name.

The illusion disks are still a thing. One of the Theories that Mat covered is one of the reasons why the Nightmare animetronics exist in fnaf 4 is because of the illusion disks that we have seen in fnaf sl. Probably one of the reasons why Mat Pat didn't mention Nightmare BB is because it's most likely on the same ball park as the Nightmare animetronics. But that's probably just me.

I don't believe Mike is William's adopted child because his character was specifically written to sound and look like William. Biologically similar. Like, they have a similar voice and look similar
Maybe we're taking the 'animatronics confuse Michael for William' a bit too literally.
Maybe instead of physical appearance, maybe its the clothing they both wear on duty as an employee of the pizzeria, maybe their cold, soulless eyes, one from constant murder, another from constantly seeing the people they care for die (like Henry, the crying child, Charlie and Elizabeth),
that or when Michael starts working as a night guard as a living corpse, perhaps his figure is all thin and bony, just like William is portrayed in the minigames, thin and skeletal like.
But that's just a a theory game theory

I love the last theory. "The baby isn't mine" always stuck out to me. But now I got my own idea :) him saying baby makes me think of Elizabeth. She also looks the least like him. I think Micheal is biologically William's bc we know they look alike. It would also explain why Michael is so mean to the crying child. Bc hes a teenager in a new family and doesn't feel like family with the kids yet. This deffinetly has holes, and like you said at the moment it's a bit of a stretch, but I love this idea and think it fits well :)

I feel like William wasn’t a step father but, a father who was nice his wife dies looks for a way to bring her back immortality he becomes very neglectful and stuck in his work, he designs the CB animatronics to kill kids, but his child dies by one of them. He becomes more and insane, neglectful not ABUSIVE though his neglectfulness causes the bite.

I can’t believe fnaf has been going on for so many years. These theory videos are my guilty pleasure honestly. Reminds me of simpler times.
I feel like a huge, long episode completely recapping all the fnaf lore would be pretty awesome. I remember watching the first episodes all the way to the newest ones, and I have loved seeing the franchise and theories develop. Getting a big recap of all our current understandings would be awesome.
I agree with you, but the problem with huge mega theories like that is something new comes out while Mat’s working on them that invalidates half his theory. It’s the FNAF curse, the lore is never fixed, everything’s always changing.

I’m gonna be honest, at this point I think Scott Cawthon has retconned and changed the story so many times trying to extend the franchise and keep the story going that there’s no way to actually make one coherent timeline or story without just accepting that everything can’t fit together cleanly and some pieces of lore have since been retconned or trashed because they don’t fit with the narrative they’re trying to tell now. (That is, if they even have a coherent story they’re still trying to tell behind all of this)
Scott has only made one major retcon in all of fnafs story. What makes you think he’s made more?
Hence why matpat has said in the past that when new information contradicts old information, he takes the new as canon.
Maybe it’s like the Lovecraft Universe.
@@TheCotton if I remember correctly, he said that around sister location time, maybe later but I'm pretty sure it was before fnaf 6 (which I think was the last time the story even kind of made sense, although I haven't been paying much attention since then). With all the new stuff from the vr game, it makes sense if there has been retcons since when he said there was one.

More evidence to back up your Chica theory: Orville Elephant looks like a newer model, having the plasticy look of the toy animitronics, leading to suggest he was a replacement for an older member of the mediocre melodies

On the last theory, it would actually make sense, just to throw this out there, MatPat did say once that the crying child was probably Henry’s son, idk which video that was but it was a good one
And it would also explain why Micheal bullied C.C., probably because of a trauma from his dead sister and the feeling of C.C. replacing her
It still doesn’t make sense about the Henry part because Henry was alive up until FFPS and he died when he set the place on fire.

The problem with the 3rd theory is that in the games, the animatronics attempt to attack Michael because he looks like William, the only way this could be the case is if he is biologically connected and has similar facial characteristics to his father as confirmed with the “they thought I was you” voiceline. And in the SL cutscenes he refers to William as “father” something someone in his shoes, if he was adopted, most likely wouldn’t do. There is also a voiceline from Balora in UCN in which she says “admit it, you wanted to let me in” basically confirming a potential wife William had before her death and him isolating himself in grief, which ties into her hiding in your walls song. Plus in her UCN voicelines, she says “you” and not “he” confirming she is talking about William and not Henry.

A theory: What if the delays that Security Breach has been having aren't 100% unintentional? Every FNaF with a subtitle has had some kind of hidden meaning: Sister Location was about a related site but also revealed the fate of Michael's sister, Pizzeria Simulator was set in a literal simulated pizzeria, Help Wanted was about answering a job posting but also about Glitchtrap seeking help to escape the program, and Special Delivery... well, they can't all be winners. But with Security Breach, sure the play on words could be referring to Vanny posing as a security guard like we've seen from the leaked statue, but this is also the first time delays have resulted in these merch leaks and spoilers... "Breaches" in the "Security" of the information. Basically, what I'm saying is that I wouldn't put anything past Scott "Everything I touch turns to ARG" Cawthon, and I'm not going to 100% trust any information about Security Breach until it actually comes out (and possibly not even then)
