Appreciate the comment from Simon about how that it shouldn't be a 115 charges. When you actually take the time to break down individually each of the charges against the rules cited by the Premier League, some are laughable. The club have to answer some, mainly those around misrepresent the finances but there's some that are essentially duplicates (you break or whatever it was B.15 and B.16 is just added which is nothing), there are clerical stuff about meetings, there are about 35 relating to be uncooperative (nothing to do with finances), etc. There's even one about the length of the grass, one for having a testing room available, couple about under 17 contracts, one for scouts, etc.
The PL had an agenda and decided to wrap as many charges together to try and get as many to stick as possible. So many will be thrown out and others are linked and it'll be a domino effect one way or the other. I guarantee if the PL threw the book at other clubs over a 10 year period they'd get dozens of charges too for weird things. People can complain that its taking so long but that's in part because of how the PL are going about it, they could have went straight after the financial charges but didn't so in the mean time everyone else just needs to get good and compete on the pitch.

City are wonderful. Whatever they do, they do it well. Pep has learnt from his arrogance and now is in charge of a beast. People are jealous, like they did with Chelsea. The issue is they are not likeable. Pep is insufferable but relentless. He inherited a good team and improved it. He has a bottomless pit of money, gets the best players. They get away with murder in financial terms but so do a number of big clubs. Good luck to them. They are the best. Other teams need to buck up.

Love these pundits!😂😂 The audacity and self centeredness of these guys. Man City could win the PL because the other 2 teams can blame themselves of slipping up. Man City could win the FA cup Chelsea kids get undisciplined on the day and City could win the CL if they get through tonight's team of the 20th century. Now, we are not talking about total dominance this season from City for sure are we? In any case if they manage to win 2 CL in a row I'll say welcome to Real Madrid's club. But still City need another 10 years of the same. So i don't understand that these guys get so excited talking about a team that hasn't dominated every single competion like they did last year for example.

Just saying "but their net spend is lower than other clubs over the last 4 years" is a bad faith engagement with the issue. The years where they broke the rules and spent more than everyone else set the foundation for the more recent years. Also transfer fees aren't the only things that clubs spend money on
