I'm constantly amazed by how the aftermarket has taken to the GR Yaris. Ap carbon ceramics, kotouc 7 speed, all the high end suspension comapnies and the millions of turbo kits.
Cheers from south Sweden. I have the same brake kit 😄. Going to mount them soon. I have 380mm with König Hypergram 18x9,5 wheels, hope it fits 😊

Die Sache mit den Rissen und den zerbröselten Aufnahmen ist übel. Ich hoffe, dass sich das aufklärt, was genau die Ursache ist. Denn da hört der Spaß auf, wenn es um Sicherheit geht. Dann lieber die teure Serienscheibe. Ich hoffe, der Hersteller äußert sich.

But for now, no squeaking and brakes very well when cold.

the condition of the old discs is really scary
I’m running Motion Control front discs from Lamspeed Racing and they haven’t shown any signs of cracking yet but, I’ve only done short Hillclimb events so not pushing as hard as you. I know CC discs tend to last much longer than steel but what’s the availability on replacements?
Availability shouldn‘t be a problem at all.
At least not as far as i know in Europe.
how does it work if the rear discs are still steel? Any variance in brake balance?
We‘ll figure that out this weekend. 😁
But OEM it‘s a bit rearward balance, so i assume that should be okay with that.
Good job. Which Pagid brake pads dod you use?
We use Endless Pads.

Thanks. I had tried to find the brake pads for CCB rotors before from both Endless and Pagid, but to no avail. Can you just use the generic pads?
@@khvidtube1617 you have to ask the Manufacturer of the Kit about the Pads, we always buy from them.
Whats the weight difference between the new AP Racing Calipers vs the stock calipers? Would be awesome if you could compare the weight of pads too ;) haha

Ich finds ja supergeil das du so Sachä machsch, bin aber nöd dinerä Meinig in Bezug das die original Alag nöd verhebet mit 400 PS. Ich fahr sälber so es Ding und i minä Augä isch Bräms öppä das woni am allerletschtä würd änderä, au mit 400 Ps + 😘
Man kann anderer Meinung sein. Klar.
Aber hast du das auch selber getestet?
Ab 340/350PS auf der Rennstrecke, ist die Bremse einfach zu klein. 🤷🏻♂️
@@RotheliRacing Sorry, das kann ich so aus Erfahrung nicht bestätigen. Die Bremse ist, mit guter Kühlung, Belägen und besserer Bremsscheiben absolut Standfest, auch bei erhöhter Leistung. Die Risse in deinen Scheiben sind meiner Meinung, basierend auf über 20 Jahren Rennstreckenerfahrung, auf ungenügendes kaltfahren zurückzuführen.
Ps: In meinem Rennwagen fahre ich an der VA 330er Scheiben mit 4-Kolben Bremboanlage, an der HA original M3 e36 bei 400 Ps und 1260kg Gewicht - passt ohne nur einmal zu mucken, egal auf welcher Strecke. 🤷🏻
