Us Celtics fans are spoiled by the culture/maturity/grace of our players. Jrue fits right in and we love seeing him bring it all onto the court for us game after game.

Look at all the people who always said fan favorite marcus smart was part of our big 3 and irreplaceable when really he is more of an end of the bench stiff. Think about how good the celtics would have been all these years if they just took the obvious consensus pick that we all wanted in 2014 julius randle now that would've been a real 3. Celtics/boston fans are the worst they all love bench stiffs and hustle plays over good players and winners (patrice Bergeron who the vast majority of people said they wouldn't trade for Crosby lol is an extreme example)(red sox and patriots actually convinced their fans that ownership making extra money by pretending to be smart while ripping everyone off is good for the fans) At least this year if they win it all then all our fans will finally have to be quiet about bench stiffs since only Al will be getting any real playoff minutes off the bench and he is really a 6th starter.
@@steveb931 I disagree. I think in hindsight, we can learn and appreciate the ethos of what Marcus Smart was able to bring to the culture here within the Boston Celtics. He did so much to raise the level of confidence in JB and JT, especially Jaylen Brown. I think he's taken the mantle of becoming a vocal leader for this team, and his emotions tend to showcase that on the floor. Smart was a necessary departure, as tough as it was, but this Celtics team would've never gotten to its level of toughness and physicality if it were not for Marcus Smart.

Thank you, Draymond. As a 68 yr old lifelong Celtic fan, I’ve hated you as an opponent, but having seen your friendly, sincere, compassionate personality, I’ve done a 180. Great questions and comments to Jrue. He is a true gem of a basketball player and human being and as a someone who watched the great defense of Dennis Johnson, Bird’s favorite teammate, Jrue maintains the great Celtics tradition. We are blessed he’s in Boston!

As a Boston fan I always respected what Jrue has done on both ends of the court, but now that he is on my team I’ve seen the person that he is and I’m truly amazed. Absolute class and genuinely a great person. Glad to have a person of his character in a team I’m rooting for.🙏 Nothing but love in Boston for him.

You my friend...are a true Bucks fan. Too often when the Bucks and Celtics play (a good rivalry), some Bucks fans are petty, and bash Jrue as a trash player because he's wearing a Cs jersey now. I'll just say this...without Jrue, there is NO championship for the Bucks.

Jrue is just such a genuinely awesome dude - it was so hard to see him leave Milwaukee the city loved him and appreciated everything he and his wife were doing for the community. Honestly feel like we could've ran it back, like man it was tough moment when I saw that trade.
Needed more offense, it was too easy to stop Giannis when he doesn’t have enough help.

I'm not gonna lie here..As a greek i've been following the Bucks closely since 2013 when Giannis joined..the impact that Jrue had on this team was the only one that felt championship material out of every player that joined the Bucks since 2013..a moment of appreciation by all greek nba fans out there for the greatness that Jrue brought on this team, wish him the best cause he deserves it ♥️

Jrue might be the most standup guy in the league. Respect from everyone, humble, family man, classy, works hard for the team over himself, doesn’t get credit and doesn’t care. In some ways more admirable than other standup, universally respected guys like Steph and Dame bc they do get all the accolades as a reward. He just goes out and competes and is a good dude. Became a huge fan after this.
