Made me happy to know if they don’t recognize someone, they will not let them near my kids. On the other hand, someone can walk right up to me and they’re unphased and they see the person as a friend if my reaction to the person is friendly.

I dont even want to imagine my life without Rocky, my pitbaby ... Hes 11, be 12 in Dec and still going strong Praise the LORD.. He is the most loyal and loving companion i couldve ever been blessed with. I honestly believe he wàs born to save my life, long story short, he was abandoned when just 2 weeks old, the other 9 pups all died and his mom rejected him i guess from the shock of losing her litter idk but the owner said he wouldnt force the pup on her because she would kill him so hes dead either way unless i could save him.. so i swaddled up my little "fruit bat", thats what everyone said he looked like when i took him home that day and the rest is history now!!! He grew up with my 16 grandchildren and now i have 11 great grand that he takes his nanny job very seriously when theyre here visiting....they all love him dearly ....

My neighbour's kid is missing an arm from a pitbull attack. And yet he has been lectured by exactly that kind of dog owner that bad breeds don't exist and his fear is irrational. I swear those people are completely detached.

This is Pit Bull propaganda I can get behind. I used to volunteer to walk and play with the dogs at the shelter, and the Pit Bulls were always the most cuddly and well behaved dogs.
But they are often chosen as pets by idiots and end up with messed up personalities. You can't simply ignore the reports where they have eaten someone's face. It does happen. And when they are triggered, they are more dangerous than most dogs.
