Let's GO
He doesn't know who the Dad is. Only Ai ever knew and she took the information with her. The reason Aqua wants to get into the entertainment industry is so that he can get close to the pool of people that he believes his father belongs to. He needs to get close to them to actually try and reveal who his father is.
Aqua doesn’t know who the dad is. He’s collecting dna of possible suspects and then testing them. That’s why he needs to collect the hair or mucus so that he can figure out who it is.
The artistic direction is brilliant, both in the manga and in the anime, the star in the eye symbolizes the brilliance/ability to be an actor (to lie) a recurring theme in this series.
A bit of a SPOLER:
there will be more sparks in the eyes (especially after chapter 80 in the manga)
oooh yeah
Spoiler:
they both get 2 stars sometime in the future but the stars will always be black at that point
Agua going full light yagami route
it's more complicated than that, it will be clear as the anime continues that aqua also helps people
@@c.isaaccastellanosvelazco3280 or better to call it ayanakouji mode? I don't know
@@icescorpion7050 I think a mix between askelad of Vinland saga(cold thinker) and senku/ryuu from Dr stone (always helping people but to help their own interest at the point you don't exactly know if they just help people if it helps their selfish interest... or if they are just trying to convince themselves that they are not thinking in others)
lol appreciate the reaction - some stuff, fun facts/real facts/speculative thoughts below:
- the group ruby was probably trying to audition for at the beginning was probably AKB48 or one of its sister groups. japanese idols got really popular (even moreso compared to before) from like 2010 onwards in an era that some call "the warring idols era," and AKB48 was one of those that really changed the game, with "idols you can meet" - what with meet and greets, frequent mini lives at their own venue, that idol fan feeling of being a recognized fan of an idol you supported from the beginning, and the shocking number of members. since they can come and go, at this point they're currently at 80+ current members, and 200+ former members (and remember, there's other groups in other japanese cities, and a few in other asian countries too). a few have gone on to successful careers in the entertainment industry, but if the rest don't try to focus on private lives, they're pretty much as miyako had described in episode 1.
- getting scouted for a chika idol group isn't all that better either. chika (地下) is literally underground, some i've seen say it's because they might perform at venues that are in the basement. they might be called indie idols or live idols because they're not under major labels, major agencies, or just outside of the mainstream. some might even call them amateur idols. they typically rely on live shows and direct fan interaction (like meet and greets, cheki as mentioned). since social media don't guarantee as big a following, that means the active fanbase generally isn't a problem. so the opportunities for issues to come up very much would be like any other crappy job, since that's what it is - maybe it's bad coworkers with members having conflicting personalities, but mostly it's bad management of any variety who would be the biggest risk. some may pressure idols into staying by making them pay up with any variety of fees and whatnot that punish them for leaving. the chika idol who aqua scouted had a whole can of worms she opened, but it's definitely not far from the truth. there's definitely a good number of interviews on both youtube and through google that are available in english.
he's actually really good at acting, acting is basically just lying and he's REALLY good at lying just like his mom
This sets the season up pretty well.
