dryer function not drying because of grey tank makes no sense since this is a vented machine??? overall do you still like/recommend this brand/model?? thanks
The water drains through the grey tank. Therefore, when it’s full there’s no place for it to drain. If the water doesn't drain it doesn't dry well. Yes, I recommend it.
Does this load sense? And spin full speed or jolt when load sensing? Im in a 2/3 story and washers shake my house. Looking for alternatives
It doesn’t have a sense feature. I live in an RV and the entire RV shakes a bit when spinning but it’s only for a few minutes. This machine is smaller than a normal washer dryer so you’ll need to add less clothes. It works great for my hubby and I.

We just installed ours last weekend. We sold our stackable and got this exact model. I love the extra space switching from 2 units to 1 gave us, but I'm iffy on it. I started clothes at 10am and by 5pm and I just put the 3rd load in. But that's not what I'm iffy about it. I can handle the time. What bothers me is my clothes come out wrinkled with one and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I tried not setting the dryer on auto and taking the clothes out, shaking them out so they're not scrunched up, throwing a dryer sheet in, but that didn't work. I'm not overloading it. Do you have this issue? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I have the same issue and I'm one that irons everything, so I've tried the same things you have. I do, however, take them out as soon as it's done.It doesn't really solve the problem but the longer they stay in the dryer the worse it is. I do have a small iron and have used the Downy wrinkle free spray. I'll take the wrinkle clothes for more space anytime. hahaha I'm sure you'll enjoy the extra space.
When your washer shows the CL code you need to use vinegar or bleach then run it through the cleaning mode with no clothes. Don't use detergent. It defeats the purpose of cleaning it if you use detergent. Hope this helps.
