My mom showed me an awesome protein snack - you mix cottage cheese with hot sauce (and tiny bits of chicken if you want), microwave it, and eat it as a dip with quest protein chips!

Hi! I love your video’s! I was just wondering, seeing your groceries, if it’s “normal” for Americans to eat meat for diner every day? Or if it’s just you? I don’t judge, I am not a vegetarian at all, but I was just a bit surprised!
Yeah it’s definitely normal, in America we typically center our whole meal around meat 😅
I was just going to say that I make that same chicken salad recipe but use chickpeas instead of chicken -as someone who rarely eats meat. It’s soooo good tho. Even my carnivore family likes it. 😂
Traditionally we center meat in meals as well in the Netherlands, but I feel like younger generations changed this permanently. I don’t know anyone who eats meat every day. Al lot of people eat vegetarian a few days a week. I think it is also because meat’s gotten quite expensive in my country and I think that’s a good thing 😁

That's why alot of americans die prematurely compared to alot of other westerners, beacuse their diet is more processed, unhealthy and full of red meat.
