- Hiii you guys!! Welcome back to another full week of eating in my life -- on today's video I was traveling through Switzerland with my partner's family and I wanted to show to you guys how I stayed flexible and practiced food freedom when it came to eating out on vacation!
When we are off routine and in moments of our lives (like family trips), we have less control over what's available to us and it's so important to stay flexible and to remember to nourish yourself to the best of your ability :)

I never thought that Switzerland was such an expensive place to go! This was eye opening. Also I just wanted to say your channel has really help my boyfriend and I with meal prep (not completely related but I haven't commented on your channel yet) your Greek yogurt + protein powder is now a staple in our house! When I was introduced to travelling around by train I lives the experience, than now living in Europe I decides to pay the train monthly so I can travel around France this way I have to say that I lost all that magic.
Writing this while I am inside the train and it’s not so fun even if I will continue to do this because it’s better in general.
I can totally see how it would lose some of the magic hahah but so amazing you have the ability to travel around so easily!!
