Today is a warm summer day after a lot of rain has fallen. Since I'm free today, I had to make something of this day. Anxiety is running high and it's just a shitty grief day, went on a really nice date 2 weeks ago and now I'm being ignored and even though it's not the end of the world, it sucks. I was fighting this feeling all day but after watching your video I decided that this is just not the best day. I shouldn't go outside if I don't feel like it just because the sun is shining. Tonight I'm ordering sushi. Thank you so much for this ❤

I totally understand how your environment controls your emotions etc...I've been living in the same apartment for 37 years since i was 7 and now im 44...long story. My nails used to break all the time too but after I started using jojoba oil as a moisturizer it’s helped them grow long and strong. I get a little bottle of it from Trader Joe’s and it lasts forever.

I know a lot of people can't start their day without making their bed. I do for the most part but I also feel it's necessary to air them out once a week as well. Not sure if that's a thing but it's definitely mine!! 😉

You should try the st tropez express, it’s super quick and you can chose the shade you want (1h the for lighter and 3h for darker) !
