You should find movement that you enjoy! I go to hot power yoga and it IS a workout (wow it’s hard) yet it teaches you how to accept where you are in your own journey. Now, movement doesn’t feel like a workout to me because I love it. I literally cried in savasana at my first power flow class and now I can do inversions, arm balances, etc. and my day is MADE when I achieve a new pose :)
I first found you on Instagram then CZcams! I love your channel. I also live in a AZ and have a Corgi (Cosmo 6yo male). I also don’t have a big friend group but love doing things on my own (only child). I fricking love your vlogs!! Thank you for the content it’s so good!!

Hi, I love your films about Willow the corgie girl, I adore to watch them all!
May be becouse I really dream about corgie girl..I live in Switzerland for 5 years in the appartement.. I still consider if I can afford barking dog among the other neighbours and also how she would suffer during my journeys..to my kids, one in China, one in London...
Am over 60-ty but in a good physical form..so may be this is the last moment for fullfild my dream?
I'm still catching up with your videos. I hope you didn't get the BMW. I hear mechanics hate them since they break down so often and are expensive to fix. But, they are nice looking.

All you have to do is google the national reports on reliability of BMW and you will see that your friend is incorrect. But, there is bad and good in all brands.
They said actually 20-30 veggies/fruits a week on that documentary. It was very interesting. 60 is way too much 😅
