How Climate change will affect Coffee Production

An special guest of ASIC 2014 was Dr Christian Bunn who worked with the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) and performed a multi-level simulation to predict at a global scale where coffee would be suitable for plantation some years from now taking in account the Climate Change.
It turns out that Brazil, may have a very limited area suitable for production, while East Africa or Colombia are places that will more easily be able to mitigate the effects of climate changes.
