He used to do it in certain videos (usually as a meta joke to show far hes fallen)
He probably scraps those takes where he laughs
Do you not hear the jump cuts like every 3rd word in all of his videos? It works for comedic timing but also let's him break the script down and do as many takes as he needs. You don't see the sausage getting made, you just put it in your mouth.

7:01 If you Save/Load it resets the timer on who the Daily Toy is to the start of the cycle, which happens to be no one. It's a good way to make sure the NPC you need gets out of the stocks early.
I only found out because I used Save/Load to port back to home before sleep every time, and was wondering why she was the Toy for what felt like a whole week.

When someone in Synthetik 2 told me that I will enjoy the new Sseth video my excitement only grew. But it could not prepare me for the game that is Breeders of Nephelym. However, I'm always glad to see a new upload from Sseth.
The most horrible part of this speedrun is that it's probably horribly, terribly unoptimized, meaning some damned soul will research how to optimize this game's pace.

Pro tip, just using esc to bring the menu, can stop the Nephelym trying to copulate with you.
Interacting with one, gives the risk of that one assaulting you. Much easier just using esc button.
