I think you would love packing cubes! Total game changer! You can roll everything into the packing cubes and it will all be even more compact and organized within your main bag. They come in various sizes. I usually put undies, bathing suits, bras into a small one. Socks, leggings for exercise, sleepwear in another small one. Then shirts, pants, main outfits in 1 medium/large cube. It compresses everything just a bit more and its so great not to have to sift through your whole bag to find a pair of socks or a certain shirt.. you just pull out the cube that they're in. Highly recommend! I love the tip to focus on comfy, dual purpose pieces and I'm definitely going to look into a filtered water bottle!

Do you ever feel like your passport/wallet is too easily accessible for pick pocketers ?
This is something we always are concerned about when traveling. Ours literally go in the middle of our pack surrounded by tons of other stuff. I’d rather it be a hassle for us to get it out when we need it, because it’s so much more difficult for someone to steal it.
After losing all my papers to a pickpocket in Paris, I now have a small padlock on the section of my cross-body bag where I keep my wallet. It would still be rather easy to get into it, but not without getting my attention. It worked well for me when flying to the US and moving around in the country. I have another round-the-neck wallet for my passport and boarding passes while traveling.

Lovely but in Uk normally if weighs more than 10 kg it has to be checked in and when this happened from Turkey to CDMX didnt get bag for 14 days so just had personal bag and cost me so much time and money! Nxt time 25 l weightless daypack plus personal bag!😂 I need large stock of meds longer term so a little bit harder..plus extra warm clothes for mixed temps. Dont take liquids except tiny treat just bars and toothpaste powder..Have to use hostel dorm but when really exhausted hotel. Have an amazing crinkle shirt which is so versatile with a seaweed type print which goes with so many tshirts. Only issue is mosquitos and have tried everything only 1 product worked in sri lanka but dont remember name. Anyone know anything as wven deet didnt work

Definitely not. I think most people just hope the bag isn't weighed and accept the risk of needing to check it if it is weighed. I think she could've reduced weight by not over packing on clothes.

I'm pretty sure Carrie said in a previous video she found it at Cotton On. My local Cotton On (New Lynn, Auckland) didn't have them though.
