Its interesting. People may not agree, but they are sharing their life with us. I have no idea what i would do in this situation. I know that love and forgiveness is most important that Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ instructed to us. I would try and temper my reaction with that.
Why wouldn’t it. Every healthy marriage undergoes many transitions over time.

Apart from the paperwork in their vows I am sure they said husband and wife or even man and wife so in a spiritual sense unless they have kept those ideals then aren't they breaking the vows they had sworn bit of a weird point I'm making but aren't they supposed to mean something even if it is just to each other but I suppose if there both happy then I doesn't really matter I suppose time changes things
Consider that most women undergo a serious “transition” during menopause. If they don’t choose HRT, then they won’t be “female” in a physiological sense any more.
In a healthy relationship, that won’t matter. That person is still the same person to whom their partner has pledged their life.
