Come on everyone hit that like button it doesn't cost you anything 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I always click like at the start, & if there’s anything I don’t like I click it again, I’ve never clicked it a 2nd time 🙂👍
@@5crote I'm the same I click before the show even starts
You do know that thing is backwards and upside down read read the Chinese writing on it
🔥🔥🔥 LOOKING GREAT FELLAS!!’
@@DigginLife21 maybe you look nice in that dozer Todd
I think I saw a smile on that dozer's face finally somebody qualified is working on me😁😁😁👍👍
My life flashed before my eyes when you dropped me under the dozer, BUB! That battery advice from Kevin! Priceless!!!💩💩💩💩💩
Lol
Thanks Kevin for retrieving us from that hole !! “Fire it up” says Kevin. Really a nice touch listening to Clint going through the diagnostics - you professionals make it look so easy. Thank, John
Glad you enjoyed it
This video reminds me of an M1078 military truck I bought off a government auction. The vehicle only had minimal run time, yet the condition report on the vehicle said the engine had major problems and would not start. I took a chance and bid on it and won the auction. A few months later the vehicle was eventually delivered to me after completing a government background check. Stuck some new batteries in vehicle and it would not start, but it would turn over very nicely. I topped off the fuel tank, checked the oil, checked coolant and other fluids. Shot a few squires of starting fluid. It would catch, but nothing would run. I then loosened the fuel line connection to the injectors and fuel pump. After bleeding air from the system, then it fired up and it has been running ever since. All it would have taken is for a competent mechanic in the Army to troubleshoot to get it running. Instead, the government puts basically a new vehicle on the auction block and sells for substantially less than what it paid for the truck new. YOUR GOVERNMENT TAX DOLLARS BEING WISELY USED.
Long or short keep them coming. It’s great to see how you bring old iron back to life. Keep on making them and we will keep watching them. Happy New Year C&C
They've started to take the engine out. Then figured out that C&C can do this for a video.
23:49 Thanks, I just had a flashback to the time I fell out of a tree when I was 12 years old! Now I've got PTSD! 😁
Lol
Oh Clint... what have you inflicted on yourself and for our viewing pleasure!!! You got a rough one for sure
Lol
That's 18 ton crane at 10 foot radius with boom retracted. Very interesting video.
Ahh! When dad and grandpa would pull into the yard. I gave up on asking if it runs when the answer was always “we don’t know”! I had two standing instructions. 1. It leaves under its own power. 2. It looks pretty. Clear out bay 4. That’s where my pit was and let’s start there. Y’all bring back memories for me. Thanks and hi from Texas
Can't wait for part two on this one, cause something tells me there's more to this one that we haven't seen yet. lol
Your sidekick LB is hilarious, you need to give him a raise. Fire 🔥 it up! Let’s see if it runs! LB stands for little buddy 😆
What a pleasure it is to watch professionals at work to untangle a mess made by some folks that shouldn't be allowed to oil a bicycle chain. Hopefully they aren't allowed within 1000 yards of anything that flies. Another great video, and I can't wait for Part 2.
And it’s all YOUR hard earned tax dollars pissed away, too!
Kevin is not only funny, he is very competent. As I listened to the discussion during the rigging up of the crane and fork lift to unload the machine Kevin was right on in the way he 'directed traffic'. Can't wait for the next installment.
Good Video! I didn't get hurt when you dropped me! I think this dozer is one they used to teach their" Mechanics" how to sabotage a dozer, and keep it out of enemy hands!
If that dozer could talk... I'm confident It would be thanking you for your service
This is really interesting. I would love to work on this one with you guys. Great to see the boss. I have no doubts you’ll get this running, because you have the skill set. This is why I enjoy your channel.
Thanks
Thanks for the watching 😉
You guys MUST make delivery driver's day. Having that capability to unload such weight.
Clint you and Kevin can handle this mess and make her perr like a kitten
I love your commentary as you inspected this for the first time. You make us viewers feel like we are on the job with you, just one of the guys shooting the shit. I love it!
A Ukrainian tank mechanic worked on this one. Fill the engine with wheel bearing grease. Guaranteed leak stop. Seriously, I'm glad this great machine found a worthy medical team.
I was hoping it would just fire up, like Special K kept saying. You did hook the fuel, batteries, and several other things correctly. Next time, " Fire it up"!
Trying to Sherlock the military logic is a phool's errand. From the looks of it, it's definitely a multi-part series.🤣
New Indiana fan from up in Lafayette here...I love your banter back and forth. While inheriting someone else's junk work is frustrating at times, it sure can make for a great laugh. I've been there many times as a field fire protection technician. Thanks for sharing the "fun" with us!
Welcome aboard!
Reaching for camera was epic
I was waiting on grandpa to give his signature opinion on whomever butchered this machine"OPERATOR MY &%*" LOL
Do love the way you prioritize things. Kevin is quite the comic!
Definitely educational for someone who wants to learn despite the cosmetic surgeries required!
as a former army support maintenance guy my guess is that something went wrong and the parts/money weren't available to fix it completely so it was dragged into the corner of the yard and parts/bolts were robbed and or in junction with new guys using it to train on so they didn't fuck up another one.
I like these “start from scratch” situations. It’s awesome to watch how fast you guys can visually pick em apart and start to figure out what in the hell is goin on. I’m anxious to see what happens next. Thanks guys.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Enjoy the troubleshooting process.
24:00 Oh no! Almost broke my neck 😂 Greetings from the Netherlands
Well done so far. I look forward to seeing the next instalment, which I am sure will see this dozer running like a charm.
Thanks 👍
I love the "in op" videos the best. Clint knows his chit. Best channel on CZcams (sorry peg). I laughed my A off watching Kevin trying to get the camera that fell
I really enjoy your trouble shooting knowledge. There have been a lot of skinned nuckles and grease stained palms to gain that experience. You keep recording and I will keep watching.
I remember my first job in the military was estimating for the rebar in a large building we would be building in Okinawa, Japan. I had no oversite from my superiors. you can imagine what we ended up with. I can assure you i did learn how to estimate for a large construction project from that experience.
As someone who has live most of his life in that part of the world since 9/11. They found a problem that they could not fix in country and it sat in the yard and was used for spare parts until some captain didn't want it on his books anymore and it was shipped back. Could of sat for years. The fluids are mostly empty because the military requires it for shipping. It looks slapped together because it was never put back together, you would need a part and remove as much hardware as you need so you can remove that part. That includes bolts, lines, wiring, anything. Be happy It had the body panels.
Look forward to the next. Thanks guys 👍🏻
Clint I'm not sure how old you are, but your knowledge and understanding of your trade is far beyond your years. I think the training you are giving your son is worth more than any higher education.
I hope he follows in your foot steps. I also admire your calm demeiner, It seems all involved enjoy working for you. Please say hi to Kevin. Wish your family and all involved the best.
Thanks
I like this video because of the crane operation. Lifting a heavy 850 with it. The dozer itself seems like to much stress to work on.
Love these kinds of videos!!
You guys will have that beast back up and running in no time!
That's the first time someone has saved me after I fell off a dozer so thanks
Love your video's nothing like watching old equipment come back to life.
I genuinely enjoy watching a professional do what they do in there given field and you do not disappoint, you constantly show your depth of knowledge every time one of your videos drop! Things as simple as you know where everything should go just by looking at it.
Thanks 👍
Great job 👍
can't wait to see how this one goes. experts in action!
Thanks for sharing Clint! Great team!
Can’t wait for the next episode!
Looking forward to part II
Can’t wait to see part 2
its amazing what you find as you keep looking.
These shows you make are better to watch than the TV!!! Can't wait for part 2!!
Can’t wait to see the next one.
Great video, love these investigations, can’t wait to press on!! 👍🇺🇸
My favorite kind of video, real thinking and problem solving going on. It’s fun to watch so much knowledge being applied to a tangible puzzle and feeling like you guys are going to prevail one way or another.👍
You guys are fun to watch! It's nice to see people take pride in there jobs and country! Be safe.
Absolutely love seeing the whole process from the diagnostic side of things to hopefully fixing the beast !
can't wait for the next one .
Kevin was serious when you hooked up the crane, never seen him serious before, great video thanks for sharing 👍👍👌
Thanks for watching
GETTER DONE,LOOKING GOOD.👍👍👍🏁🏁🏁
Great Job Guys!! Keep em coming hopefully a few more of us learn how to troubleshoot equipment.
great vid!
Good to see you Fella’s
I got a good look at 3 of those sausage fingers as Kevin was reaching for the fallen gopro. It reminded me of a 3 toed sloth reaching for a limb to swing on.
Happy new year C&C equipment
Looks like you have purchased a real dog this time……. I bet it will be awesome once you have finished… Lots of very funny moments…. keep the videos coming…Onge.. UK
Yep it will be interesting to see you guys get it running
This series is gona be good!
Happy New Year C&C
Well, congratulations on your BGPW. (Big Green Paper Weight.) Hope you can get that thing running. Thanks for the video.
I hope so too
Now I'm all excited to see this thing fire up!!! I know it will.
Good luck guys
As a john deere mechanic I did alot of work for a used implement dealer. The best thing I saw was a 4555 with a miss. Turned out it had a spun rod bearing. The pervious owner had cut rod at wrist pin pushed it up into bore removed the rest of rod and wrapped rod journal on crank with and intertube and hoseclamp it so it would hold oil pressure. Selling it saying it had an injector out.
Got to love it. Great video, keep them coming. +
I am fully confident that team C&C will sort this dozer out. I love the explanations of what you are doing on your diagnostics a lot of wisdom here.
Oh if Clinton only knew before he started. His Chrystal ball went through a sand blaster. Lol God bless
Can’t wait for part two, thank you for your videos.
Thanks for watching!
You guys are so funny making me laugh great video thanks for the laughs have a great day
This going to be awesome series 850J
Clint you and Kevin crack me up
Looking forward to seeing you perform your magic on this. FIRE IT UP!!!!!!!!
absolutely enjoy watching Kevin and Clint work together, and the rest. And i hope it is as much fun for yall as it seems to us. we enjoy watching you work on the broken down bulldozers and other equipment. But i want you to let Kevin paint that lifting crane because its a big part of your tools and all the rest of your tools are nice! so when you walk out the door you would see a nice crane that you use quite often . not complaining , you just keep making these videos so we can enjoy it with you! thanks
Great videos.. last one on other 850j was super interesting. Look forward to next installment 👍👍👍
This is going to be a must watch series!!👍👍🇬🇧As always.
Love all this stuff. My Dad ran an agricultural machinery repair shop. Nothing as big as a dozers but tractors and combines etc. Used to love helping out👍
Sherlock Holmes videos...hard for you, great for us. The back story on these military machines, undiscoverable, but would be fascinating. Not sure why these expensive machines are bought that can't be kept running.
good wash down is good start
Great entertainment! Just love the tongue in cheek humor!!!!! (from Cape Town South Africa)
This was fun! Thanks for this video!
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is going to be a fun journey. Looking forward to the next video. Would be interesting to see the maintenance log for this dozer. I agree that this was probably a parts queen.
You two are a riot to watch. Almost wish I'd waited til Saturday morning to watch this video!
I know a tractor like this; in this condition, turns out worrisome for you as a business man Mr. Clint but it sure makes for good video watchin!
Thoroughly enjoy your problem solving process mixed with slap-stick comedy and Kevin’s sage advice to kids. 😅
I’m a heavy equipment mechanic in the Marine Corps. Y’all wouldn’t believe what some of these young guys do to this equipment. We go to a 2 month long military run “school” to “learn” how to work on most of our equipment, then we get pushed out to our respective units and are expected to know how to diagnose and repair millions of dollars worth of heavy equipment (cranes, dozers, telehandlers, wheel loaders, etc.) If you didn’t want this MOS and/or aren’t mechanically inclined and more than anything, don’t have a passion for working on equipment you’re set up for failure from the beginning. Hardly any oversight or guidance from your supervisors makes for a bad combination as well, especially when most of them don’t understand equipment either. Short story long, I love seeing what y’all do to these 850’s to get them running again after the Marines screwed it up! Keep it up y’all, God bless
I have literally seen it all, make since
Love the sarcasm, it's the way you hook up the batteries to get extra power.. you all crack me up...
Someone sure didn't know what they were doing or wanted to get back at Someone. Glad Kevin saved us. You guys really know what you are doing thanks for the video
I am a combat vet and the biggest thing with this deere is it is ex military and the new soldiers in the military are just lazy and do not care. So unfortunately now you will have to triple check everything from the military before you purchase them. I wish you guys the best of luck with your future adventures and keep the good content coming.
The sad part is most kids are like that nowadays, no get up and go to do anything.
You must not be a true Vet or you wouldn't be trashing the young ones. Maybe they were trying to piece it together to get it back home, unlike the billions of dollars of equipment biden left behind. You and Clint think about it!!!!!
@@jmwarden1 Those younger generation have no pride in anything. Use it, throw away, buy another or different.
Easy with the sweeping generalizations there fellas. You realize that the old cranks said the same about us 30 years ago, right? There are good kids out there who get even more disgusted with the unmotivated crybaby members of their own generation than we do. My nephew is one example that proves you wrong. He joined the Army because he admires his former 11B uncle for some unexplainable reason (haha) and is a hard charger. He's barely 21, a 12B, was an honor grad in his BLC class at Ft McCoy, got his E5, is a Combat Engineer team leader who cares about his guys and keeps it real in the field. Though younger than everyone in his E-EOCA class by 5-10 years, he had the highest overall score. After he reclasses to 11B from Engineers this summer, he's doing a SOCOM preparation course to help him make it through SFAS/Q-Course. All the weak entitled jackasses of his generation who suddenly forgot how biology works, etc that get their voices amplified by social media annoy him to no end. Don't give up hope, guys - there are more good young soldiers out there than you think.
Grate videos love the thought pattern on problem solving and the way we are with you. Thanks for sharing
Thanks 👍
thanks for picking me up off the dirt :)
I still like the old Iron !!! Easy to work on !! 👍👍👍
