I don’t like the taste of coffee at all so I don’t drink it. Also, for vlogmas I feel like it would be cool if we saw more of your day incorporated into it so we can see what all you do during the day
I drink a lot of coffee.., not usually before runs.., but definitely before workouts

I do agree with the ritualistic aspect of coffee, nothing beats grinding some coffee beans and brewing a crisp cup with some peppermint creamer.

I stopped my addict cycle last year. Felt great. But recently I’ve gotten early shifts so now we’re back on it. 🥶

I do like a good cup in the morning but for my early runs do not have much time. While breakfast is a must, if not I also like milk tea too.

Dude, you have beautiful teeths, how do you manage to keep them so white? I started drinking lots of coffee (3-4 cups per day) too when i got a professional job, since then i have been noticing my teeth becoming a little yellow. i blame coffee... I brush my teeth at least after every meal, sometimes after drinking coffee too... love you started uploading every day, keep it up :)
Nothing better than a nice coffee. First thing in the morning, and I like a coffee after dinner in the evening. I just like the taste. It's a simple as that 🙂
Love coffee and honestly drink wayyyy too much. Before a morning run usually won't have any, but will still feel sluggish the whole time. If anything this makes the run feel slower, so when I'm fully energized running I can really impress myself!
I’ve taken breaks from it and did get a massive headache, the third day I didn’t have coffee…but after that I didn’t crave it. I know I’m not addicted nor need it. However, I like it for extra early mornings or for my longer runs (2+ hours).
I don’t drink coffee anymore, just because it affect my stomach. I’m not used to drink coffee since… a lot of year now, and my body just don’t need it. In the morning a good cup of black Irish tea 😬 love it!

I love coffee, and I almost always drink black coffee. I love it so much that I look forward to my cup of coffee in the morning as I'm going to bed.

I love coffee but I can't drink it before running... for certain reasons. But after a run especially on a cold rainy day it's tough to beat

I love coffee, my parentes are huge coffee drinkers so I started drinking it when I was like 10 with milk and sweetener, and now I drink it Black every morning, just 1 mug, but that's All I need.

It feels like lately you are forcing this whole CZcams thing.
Our they all going to be short videos cause these could actually just be shorts/reels versus videos. Videos should be about 10-20 minutes. And no training runs and prep videos? Seems like you videos were longer and better thought out when you had a part time job versus not having one now to concentrate on being a content creator and training.

These short videos are great. Plus the nice thing about the regular videos as opposed to a real/shorts, is that you can rewind or fast forward them.
