I have one of these on my rifle. I've never had any issues until recently. They said sent me a replacement cap button and the one they sent me didn't work so they are sending me another cap free of charge. Their customer service is wonderful.
Great review and torture test! I just had a home across the street from where i live catch on fire and i took my X300 to help clear the area. It was raining and i dropped it in a puddle of water and it took the fall and water like a champ. Believe in Surefire products for sure.
One question for in complete darkness do you think it will keep your eyes from strugging with muzzle flash in a self defense scenario? Just wondering whether to go 200 lums or with the 300
great video as always but on the next flash light video can you throw it down the street to simulate drops and such and can it pass the water test after the abuse? also thanks for find my new flash light i going to get one as my Christmas gift to myself. Happy Holidays
The weight is distributed across 4 wheels to but still impressive. I love my Surefire lights. They aren't anywhere near as tough as my Elzetta Bravo though.
Toyota has several factories across the USA. Toyota built a factory in Texas just for the tundra line of trucks. And the nails were drove in with this light just like the other one.
I had a similar light on my Mossberg. Those batteries are not too common, least in my travels. Also, those nylon button switch covers fail too easy. Maglite does it for me for ruggedness. Rayovac el cheapo 6V. is my pickup truck emerg. truck light. That`s just me tho.
excellent review my friend. ...Ive also seen Chinese lights survive the same kind of torture testing though that cost half the price of the Surefire. Not alot of Chinese lights mind you but I have seen it.
I've seen chinese flashlights on spec ops operators all over the world. Mind you if it's not because of the Berry compliant, Surefire flashlights will have lots of competition.
If you want to guarantee 100% seal you can put some vaseline petroleum but a very little film in the seal and the thread this don't damage the rubber seal and improve an hermetic sealed.

Clever way to do the water testing with a minimum of fuss. Well done.
Great review!

I think its a great light, no faults found.

great review brother.

also is this the same flashlight you used a while ago in the video where you and your daughter returned from the deer stand?
That sounds like a good idea.
Awesome light and it saves money since I won't need to buy a hammer now.
Awesome
Thank you.
The light with my daughter was the Surefire G2X Pro.
"Okay, now let's go run it over with the truck!"
LOL @ the end of the video. Sounded like "Yep, I jacked it up, gotta go!"
Matthew Burton hahaha right!!! I'm gonna get out of here it's broken.
tajam bersinar
No, I did not treat the seals with anything. I looked like they had something on them from the factory.
I thought the 6 series was 320 lumen.
cool
Glad you're not reviewing me, lol. Did you find any faults with this flashlight?
With the china flash light you also hit the nails on the tip. Why not with this model.
btw: "i like stuff made in amerika"..."this i my toyota" XD
wow that thing is tough
I was just about to leave a comment about running over the flashlight in the dirt, then your wife mentioned it. Great minds, eh? ;]
Bro please try being informed...

When I see cheap Chinese lights on the end of US Special Operations soldiers weapons..... That'll be the day. Lol. :)

not pro... the pro has a 320 lumen output
DJ EZRA no it doesn’t it has 600! Different times bro. The new version today has 600.
No. They used to be 200, then 320, now 600. The pro had 2 modes. This is the pro.

Mr E No this is bad advice, you use silicone lube instead
I prefer to have my lights run on AA's. I like all of my electronic devices (GPS, lights, radio) to run on the same power source.
Low is pointless
Nope
Thank you.
