I have a herb garden and love it. I also have chamomile planted in the garden and hope it will produce a higher yield for me next year, as it will be more established. I do not have any marshmallow plants; however. I may give it a try this year if I can get the plant at a nursery or get seed :) Happy gardening.
I have been growing herbs for a while, but just recently I have been using them for more than just cooking and just the fun of growing things (LOL). I dried my first chamomile flowers this year for tea and really enjoyed the flavor so much better than bought tea. I made some vinegars with my chive blossoms, too. I hope I can find marshmallow, too. Would like to try it.
I totally agree the taste of homegrown chamomile is so much better than a store bought tea! And it's really so easy to do! Do you have any favorite ways to use your infused vinegars? I did a chive blossom vinegar several years ago and it was one of those things that I just never really used but I've thought so many times of trying different vinegars again...always looking for ways to incorporate them into what we eat!

@@savoryandsage I used it mainly in dressings/vinegrettes. I did see a strawberry top vinegar online, made it, but haven't figured what to do with it.
