Dear Mr. Jay Shetty,

I believe that you give all people both motivation and positive character as well and you are the best partner for talking about some things because of your support. I love ur podcasts.
Furthermore, my basic purpose is that open an unofficial channel on telegram for your fans in my country so they may be proud and motivated by ur sentences. May i open unofficial channel for ur fans in my country, ??????please😢it is clear when i open channel i will write channel is unofficial. Believe me, in my area, there are numerous Jay Shetty's fans.

Caregivers are incredibly hard on themselves. We need daily doses of YOUR PODCAST.
Good morning, tell me more about this.
I care for my daughter with severe schizophrenia #tappedandskipped it’s extremely demanding and depressing. I always question if I could be doing more. I need positive encouragement.
I care for my mother, 86, who has Alzheimer's disease. You are absolutely right. No matter what you do for your loved one, the moment you fail, you chastise yourself so harshly. I suppose that mindset is part and parcel of being a caregiver. I mean, if we weren't so hard with ourselves, we wouldn't have become caregivers.
Our story is number 6 bestseller on Kindle in schizophrenia. We all need to do our part to not look away from the homeless and mentally ill. I will never give up! J Mark Stacy (author of bestselling A Schizophrenic, Tapped & Skipped; Hope In The Midst Of Madness)
"I want to care about other people's reactions to learn from them, but not so much that I feel pressured to conform to them." Such a powerful insight that can positively impact how we view and compare ourselves to others. Thank you for sharing as always!!
Remember caring about other people's reaction is okay, but it's also important to stay true to yourself.

I’m a domestic violence victim that’s going through a housing issue and employment issue: everything hit me at once, became full time mom, no income, no support. These talks have been getting me through the past month , truly. I think these give me the motivation that I’m almost there. Thankyou .
I really enjoyed this podcast! I loved when he said “you have critics and cheerleaders, you need a coach.” ❤
💯
It’s currently on repeat😍There is so much to take from this PODCAST!
So grateful🙏🏻
Glad you enjoyed!

Thank you for this podcast it help me a lot during this time I am in. I realized it’s okay to fail even though I have tried hard to not fail everyone fails and it’s okay but it is a learning process that will lead us to success. Never ever give up on your dreams …
I had the privilege of seeing Adam Grant speak at a conference last year and I find myself still referencing the notes I took when approaching decisions at work and at home. Excited for this ep!!

The fact that our skills and mindset are not static and don't have to stay stuck at the point we stopped developing them is super empowering. We can pick up and continue our growth throughout our life. 🤯
We need daily & weekly doses of your podcast! Your consistency is what we enjoy. Keep up the great work Jay 😊
Thank you!
You are the teacher I needed my whole life ! Love your pod cast!
One of the most insightful & relevant talks I've heard in a while. LOVED the bit about *self promotion vs. promoting the IDEA*. Makes it not personal, but rather something I actually want to defend. You guys are dynamite together - thank you both!
So I'm a photographer & I tend to listen to this Podcast while editing longer projects. But this particular conversation with Adam Grant & yourself really made me feel like I should've been taking notes down in a pad. I appreciate the authentic jewels that were shared by you both combined. Thank you for this piece of motivation, inspiration and a real smack of reality. Peace! - Vyne
this was a great conversation! I can't wait to read the book. I love the examples that both of you shared about being uncomfortable and how that helps us grow!
Congratulations, bro, hitting 2mln subscribers, from the moment i realized your videos are really life-changing, there is more to you than meets the eye

Thank you so much!
from the start , this episode is GOLD . Envy VS comparison is something we do not look at enough. Thank you both !!
An incredibly insightful episode as always! This has among many things, encouraged me to pursue despite discomfort and provoked me to reconsider my motives in what I am already pursuing in my life. Thank you!
This was a great pleasure to listen. So many insights, I loved the idea of promoting the idea instead of promoting self. This is such a good approach and really helpfull for me. Such a bright, flowing and intelligent conversation , thank you ❤
I've been contemplating starting a talk show for the past few months, but had a lot of apprehensions. This podcast helped clear a few doubts. Thanks Jay and Adam! ❤
Learning is using knowledge as you acquire it. Powerful
This is not only me who didn't get amazed and motivated after getting growth. In actual progress is something which adds excitement and inspiration for the future 🎉

My favourite speaker Jay genius l love his speech very much.
envy is peoples biggest mistake out from how we are told. not all people can make u feel complete only a few.. so learn to go away if u dont understand and return if you do.. and be grateful.. after all its a good collectable good memories and energy..

❤ thank you for your help 🙏
Absolutely ❤ this conversation. It is helping me as I walk this professional pivot path towards clinical mental health clinician. Learning through teaching really resonated because I have struggled with retaining information in prep for licensure exam. Thank you.
I have to take the time to rewatch this podcast and write down all of the beautiful nuggets and quotes in this podcast.
thank you Jay and Adam - I really needed to watch this today.
I love Adam Grant!
Can’t stop watching this one
Excited for his new book! Think again was one of my favorite books I have recently read from Adam!
Hey Jay. The point about having the same teacher for multiple years reminded me of my martial arts training. I had the same teacher from my white belt till my black belt and that definitely played a vital role in mine and my master's development and our journeys as student and master. The same concept in a school would be revolutionary indeed! Thanks for the amazing podcast Jay! #growth
One among the best of Shetty,s podcasts
Great content.. Thank you Jay!
I love his quotes and his books. Great motivational teacher.

@@JayShettyPodcast.Your very inspiring and been very helpful with all your podcasts, and been thankful ! So Thank you I really appreciate it 🙏🙏
Jay you are the best of the best
I’m so glad you have a Psychologist on. I was really losing interest with all the celebrities you were having on. We get enough of them already shoved down our throats, and often it’s just so hard to relate to them. Love seeing business people and academics on. Just a selection would be great.
I love adam grant so much and follow him, and i love Jay shetty. I was just waiting for this to happen. Thank you for this. I love everything about this podcast. I liked the concept of how we wait for becoming masters instead of seeing growth as dynamic and not a static dimension. Also the way you said i am open to feedback but i don't define my worth by that feedback.
I am continuously reading your book "Think like a monk".
THE SWEATER JAY!!! Been wanting to watch this one for a minute, needless to say it was meant to be.
Jay is a win himself.
I'm particularly interested in his thoughts on how to make learning enjoyable and how to embrace discomfort as a catalyst for growth.
Thank youu🎉
I had a same problem with languages before I started progressing when choose the culture I like the most
Great episode 👏Best wishes from Poland 🌸
Excellent overall ☀️
Excellent podcast. Lots of valuable insights on how to achieve your goals. The part about self promotion and how to promote your work hit me the most because I created my first Superhero Graphic Novel and I didn't know how to promote it. It's the idea of Superheroes. How Superheroes inspire you, to making progress and becoming better everyday which will help you to achieve your goals.

THANK YOU FOR TIMESTAMP OMG
So many take aways and all relating to me😂and where I am in my journey. The one that really hit is the difference between Self Promotion vs Idea Promotion. Definitely need to listen to this a second time to capture all the gems.
Thanks 🎉😊
Hello, I've noticed your company and think it has a lot of potential. Together, let's investigate how to fully realize that potential. Thank you
Learning by teaching is the basis of the Montessori method of learning. I’ve seen it work wonders in children.
Thanks jay am a great fun of you…..your book is such an inspirational to me THINK LIKE A MONK.about to finish it❤ from Kenya
This spoke to me so much, I lost my first business a few months ago and it’s been so difficult for me to move forward. Knowing that I know I can make it to the finish line and not knowing how I will get there has been my biggest challenge! 1:14:51
Good episode ❤
Thanks
32:38 Jay’s little laugh after Adam said “…and I don’t think you need to thank me for wanting to learn”😂
1:09:42 thanks Jay
Bingo spiritual education is fundamental! Also as a kid in CR we have a system to have the same School teachers for 6 years, for the basic classes!
Art,music, religious, sports are other teachers but they also stay with the kids since 1 grade until 6 grade! 😊😉💚😘💠🌺
Its like Jay Shetty is listening your daily thoughts! 😮 really nice bro
Wowwwww this episode was 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
The look on his face like saying "I chose success but at the end it just ain't enough, that doesn't justify for all the shit"
