Probably my fave so far. The best stretch for lower abs. It was almost painful with the roll but makes me wonder if I’m really tense down there all the time. 😘

The roll it quite an effort - shouldn't be painful, but it is also a twist so might be some tension / effort here if it's uncomfortable Ruth x

Really enjoying the flows combined with the breath, thank you Alice. Just to ask, is one short session per day sufficient to get improvement in symptoms?

Hi Lisa, if you're doing hypopressives for symptom improvements, I would generally recommend 15 mins practise 5 or 6 days a week for 14 weeks (about 21 breath holds per session). After this you can do a bit less around 10-15 mins 5 days a week should be sufficient to maintain improvements - but some people need different timings. Alice x

Is it normal for a prolapse to improve and then completely drop again? 😞

Hello, it's normal for your symptoms to fluctuate as they're improving. So for example mid-cycle or during your period, after an initial improvement you may feel like things aren't as good for a few days. However, you should be noticing a steady improvement overall with more good days and less bad days and then in time, lots of symptoms free days 8-10 weeks into a regular practice. Hope that helps - do get in touch if you want one-to-one support. Alice x
