Nice way to start the morning, care for my pelvic floor, and loosen up a bit for pickleball! Very nice. You have such a wonderful presence, Alice.

Alice, you are amazing! simply amazing! I have had great results from doing the Hypopressives for my rectocele and this is perfect for my neck and shoulders. I have heard that tension in my jaws is related to my pelvic floor. This is a great addition to my playlist of your exercises. Thank you, thank you, thank YOU! ❀

I’ve notice that I lose the vacuum spiraling to the right w my left arm up. I’m able to keep the vacuum better twisting to the left. Any tips or thoughts?

Hi Haley, probably just a bit more practice and if it's any help, I find spiralling one way easier than the other and I also have more proprioception on one side. As long as you're keeping the vacuum and not letting any air in, it should be as effective, but remember this is a really challenging pose - you're probably doing better than you think! đŸ™ŒđŸ»
