Hindi lahat ay na aapprove ng banko or Pag-IBIG that's why most developers offer In-House Financing. But, instead of helping home buyers marami sa atin ang hindi aware sa pwedeng maidulot nito.
Thanks Chris for this video, because of our impulsive buying, we fell into this trap. I am an independent contractor for company in the US so I neglected paying taxes before so wala akong basta bastang maipakitang docs sa bank. BIR requires ITR for the past 2 years and sadly even though I know I a capable of paying, wala akong credentials. That is why this year, I committed talaga to pay my taxes na so I registered as a freelancer in BIR and already paid the first 2 quarters. Will gonna wait for 2 years to transfer the in-house financing to a bank at the same time nakakapag ipon.

After watching your vid, I immediately called admin of the developer where I bought my lots where Im paying them via inhouse😢. I decided to pay all of them in full one by one starting this dec 2023. Straight to the point ang videos nyo po walang halong pambobola and grabe tulong nyo po aming maliliit na tao. Maraming salamat po, more videos to come sir by God's grace! God bless po sainyo!
Hello sir chris! Next video request po, advice naman sa mga gusto mag palago ng real estate portfolio. If dapat ba straight na agad sa apartments, single family house or townhouse. Ano po yun pinaka suggested nyo na way para sa mga mag pa-plano mag increase ng real estate portfolio nila 🙂

Iniisip ko kasi mag karon ako ng credit record sa pinas if doon nalanh nakin ipa bank finance. Nakatapos ako ng 5 years policy sa Vul sa AXA kaso pina terminate ko na after 5 years policy dahil mali paliwanG ng FA sa akin. Pwede na ba yan na record for additional documents?
