What a beautiful town! So glad I got to go. We took the shinkansen to Nagoya and then drove about 1 1/2 hours to gujo from there. the drive was super pretty! There's lots to see in gujo including a castle so stay tuned for part 2!

The little ball you had was an egg yolk that was still developing and hadn't developed into a full shelled egg. Even the bumpy thing was tiny eggs that hadn't been released for egg development. Basically it was a pretty fertile chicken. The eggs always slap. Tastes like free range eggs.

I recently just discovered your vlogs and I’m currently binge watching all of them. I was just vacationing in Japan last December 2019 and was supposed to come back 2020 but COVID happened. SUNDAI that is an egg 🥚 that has not had time to come to perfection and the other thing that you all were asking about is the very young eggs from the hen.🐔
When our mum killed a hen that we had I saw it attached inside the hen and I also boiled it and ate them. That rubber like coating is the shell before it comes to perfection.

Looks like you were eating the insides of the chicken, including the intestines. Those are my favourite parts of the chicken. Every time we ki11 a chicken I always rush to claim the insides before anyone else, I'm from Zambia 😅😍
