    Hi Friends,
    Join me for this 25 minute total body chair yoga stretch exercise video. You can do this video at home, at work, at the gym, or outside - anywhere you have a little bit of space to move! This flow includes yoga inspired stretches and exercises for your total body, head, neck, shoulders, chest, upper back, lower back, hips, and legs. This is a great video to do if you want to stretch and lengthen your whole body to feel lighter, longer, and more energized. Use this workout routine anytime you feel tight, tired, stressed, or just want to feel fabulous fast.
    This video is also a good exercise routine if you are coming back from a foot or ankle injury and want to maintain some fitness through recovery . If you are one of my "hurt foot" positive peeps - this video will work for you, just always check with your doctor first!

    Last year, I had a foot fracture and survived through the series of hurt foot workouts with Caroline... when I recovered, I also took up Caroline's exercises to keep diabetes at bay (not that I have but good to keep it at bay). But life is unpredictable, last week I broke my other foot! I am now back to the hurt foot series and am determined to stay strong despite the injury. Thanks, Caroline! I have donated and I hope others who benefited would too!

    My fibromyalgia loves you. It feels like January here today and it's November 27th. We should be in the mid 40's plus my dad brought a respiratory virus in to the house and even though I exercise daily, take my plant based supplements, eat healthy, it still got me. Not as bad as my parents, whom I'm living with right now due to legal taking so long to process my divorce. My body is super stressed with all the waiting and rules...I never miss a day with you. I would truly be just without you! Thank you for all your fantastic workouts. You and I have been working out your 5 1/2 years now🎉

    I have Covid with debilitating fatigue and nausea. The only thing I can still do is this routine. Thank you and as you say, movement is medicine and this is helping.

    We do this chair stretch/ytyoga as a group. We find it relaxing and benefits us. This is helping us through the pandemic. We would love more as we are a group of individuals who are home during the pandemic. Thank you for your guided classes and you are the only one we love to watch!!

    I have a stress fracture in my right foot and this was the perfect way to get through a yoga class. In this short time I feel more relaxed, stronger and happier than 30 minutes ago. Y9u have Avery calming and peaceful presence which only makes it easier, thank you Caroline.

    I know I'm commenting on all your videos, but today I just sat down ready to workout and couldn't stop! I've done 5 of them now and I feel incredible. It was so nice to finish the chair cardio and weight training with chair yoga, which I didn't even know existed. For the first time in a very long time, I truly feel proud of myself and how much I've worked with my body. I don't say this lightly, ever, but you have completely changed my outlook on overall body and mental health. You have changed my life for the better, Caroline! I honestly cannot thank you enough!! I was telling my friends about your videos and how wonderful they are and I said, "I wish I could tell her how much she has helped me! Also, it feels like she is actually my friend with how she engages me with her positive energy and encouragement by turning something difficult into something fun. I actually look forward to workout out everyday!" So, again, thank you! From someone who changed from walking fine her whole life, to three months on bed rest after a problem during a "routine" spinal surgery that made me loose the inability to walk and out my entire life on hold, to teaching myself to walk again, and now being able to exercise and feel good about my body, is something I didn't know was possible. I just really want you to know the difference you have made in your viewer's lives, especially mine. Every night I end my day with meditation and prayer, thinking about everything that I am grateful for that day.     Caroline you are an Angel sent from the sky! ❤I am so happy and feel blessed to have found your channel.
    I broke my ankle so bad had to have 12 screws and a plate put in it and was told it will take 6 months to a year to recover. I was devastated and didn't know how I'm going to get through this time. I found you and life started again.
    I've been doing your hurt foot workouts, the total body barre workout and now this seated yoga stretches. I feel so inspired, happy and my leg is recovering amazingly well. it's been only one month after I injured myself and I already belive I will heal and be back to my healthy and active lifestyle.
    May God bless you and give you health and happiness because you make such a difference and I can not express how grateful if am.

    my wife and i had been chair yoga for seniors until covid closed our gym. we are doing this one and the hips floor video three or four times a week. we are grateful for your positivity and kindness. besides the body parts stretch we feel so much stress released because you are so
    mindful of the breathing in and out with each movement.

    I have been doing your cardio and whole body workouts for the past 6 weeks since I broke my foot and am grateful to you for making these workouts so I can stay motivated, fit and positive while healing from my injury.     Thank you, Caroline! I've got 12 stitches right above my knee and can't do any leg workouts until the stitches come out. Your chair video is the only one I've found that is designed for active yogis who have to take it easy for a while.

    Thank goodness I found your hurt foot videos, Caroline! With my fractured ankle I thought the 6 week recovery period would be a depressing one! No spin, no running, no yoga....grrr. But now all I see are opportunities....improved core strength, stronger mindset plus the chance to work on my tight hips!!!     Thank you so much for this. I injured my foot last week and have been off it for days. Then spent two days traveling and dragging the immobilized foot around. I was really missing my yoga workout. This was great!

    I can't thank you enough ! This video was amazing I'm suffering from bunions pain, when I apply pressure to my feet. I'm a runner-walker love being outside on my lunch breaks and early mornings weekends well I now can't do that it was my stress reliever ! Your videos has helped my stay positive and keep moving until i have surgery which is about 3 weeks away. Thank you again !!!
