Steps :
Click Start and enter regedit
For 64-bit Windows client machines, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\
For 32-bit Windows client machines, navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE \Citrix\
In Dazzle, set AllowAddStore value to A to allow users to add non-secure stores.
Or, set AllowSavePwd value to A to allow users to save their passwords for non-secure stores.
To add a store that is configured in StoreFront with a TransportType of HTTP, add the following value in AuthManager:
Location: For 32-bit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Citrix\AuthManager
For 64-bit - HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Citrix\AuthManager
Name: ConnectionSecurityMode
Value Type: REG_SZ
Value: Any

Hello Sir,
I recently received a dell company laptop from my company on which after installing the citrix when I run citrix in full screen mode then all things on citrix desktop is coming toooo tiny but when I suddenly change the mode to windowed(Exit full screen mode) then everything looks fine. Please suggest how to resolve this issue by which I can run citrix desktop in full screen mode with proper screen resolution.

During the process of installing Citrix to set up my Netscaler, I was instructed to "click the nglauncher" so I can test the connection through a process called "tunneling". WHERE THE HECK IS THIS NGLAUNCHER THEY SPEAK OF BC IDK WTF THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT! (new job issues)

Its means citrix app is not installed properly please uninstall it via using Revo uninstaller to clean regedit.

Click Control Panel.
Click Programs Default Programs. Set your default programs.

Click Set this program as default.

It says your account caanot be added using this server address.make sure you entered it correctly .you may need to enter your email address instead
