4 years I've been working with Workspace and nothing but endless problems. You have to have the "right" hardware with the "right" drivers at the "right" time.

Check on different computer, different network, check in office, check if it's happening to others as well. Navigate from there.

We had similar issue for users connecting from Chrome through NS Gateway, the issue was fixed after the chrome was updated to the latest version on all machines.
