At the beginning it's so hard that you want to quit...but when you make it to the end you feel so accomplished!
This is one of the best workouts I have found.
This workout is not for the faint at heart. It is not for beginners or weaklings. And it is one of the best butt workouts on YT! Although my first attempt was lackluster, I'm committed to doing this at least 3x week. I love a fitness routine that's challenging and fun. This is it! Tight and toned in 10 mins! Try it you'll like it!

Holy moly I am in great shape I squat a ton, run and do dance cardio like a mad woman, and I swear this workout kicked my absolute rear end. I did it after another 10 minute cardio dance work out with pop fitness. Tracy killed it!

I've never cursed that much while working out. I was soo pissed on myself I'm not able to get it done :D ... the beginning was a killer.
By the time you get to the end of this workout, your butt hurts so much,
you forget how much the quads hurt at the beginning.

i love love love this workout! it definitely worked my butt! First i did a cardio workout the 10- minute fat burning body weight workout and then i did this and i can tell you that i sweat more than when i go running

Oh, it was burnin', alright! Maybe because I did exercises on the quads & hamstrings yesterday but those areas were on FIRE doing this workout! Whew! Am I crazy enough to try this again, I wonder? What do you think?

Do this once a week when I have leg day at the gym later in the morning. My quads burn like crazy at the beginning yet only my left glute hurts at the end idk it's strange

This exercise basically just works the front tights. I hardly even felt anything on my glutes!
+Noneofyourbiz Smith maybe your glutes are really strong and quades got a little more. Bend deeper in the knee and focus more on squeezing glutes. Lots of people are same as you!!! Don't worry, you still worked your ass!!!! :)
Dear everyone, does anybody know why do I always have dizzyness and migrain after I did this workout. I stop in the minute of 2:37 because the dizzy is super strong. 😭love tracey mallet but cannot continue due to dizzyness
I felt this so much more in my quads than anything else, and I really tried to focus on making it about my glutes :(
That's ok! It's workout all the muscles of your legs, sot that's normal. You are probably stronger in your thighs and so you use them more during the moves.
try doing butt bridges before this workout so that you get a feel for your glutes do about 3 sets of 20 reps
can i do dis workout as my body is naturally slim but i need to wrk on my butt ???
