it's a feature of the dmca tools that youtube includes for the powers that be, you can take down the video or show ads. but i just recommend people use ad block plus, it's amazing at removing ads.
My old profile, I specifically never touched the "allow ads" options, but after some of them got past a certain amount of views they started automatically putting ads...it pissed me off man.

CZcams puts ads on videos sometimes, so don't blame the uploader.
