Im curious to know, if it's only resticted by a spacer/rod at the beginning or is the whole diameter smaller on that restricted one OR does it have a "wastepipe" put on it. Are you gona re-jet your carb after fitting that? 5-10 sizes larger mainjet should do the work? Im not sure if this is the OEM derestricted pipe: (deleted url was here)

yes this is the project I worked on earlier before. the pipes are really hard to find… it’s an old stock item
