  • When a teen calls into a podcast in January of 2023, the unthinkable is revealed, his father a TikTok star has been s*xually abusing him & his brothers.
39-year-old Hayim Nissim Cohen, had been a figure that was loved by many, not just in his home town of Houston, Texas but rather the whole of the United States because he adopted 9 boys over the years.
During that period, they had accumulated over 200K followers on TikTok.
Although on the surface, they appeared to be a happy family, a dark secret was being carried.

The really sad part about this case is the kid believed he had to be 18 because nobody would listen to a kid. That's the message the cops and CPS sent to him.

This has been going on a long time unfortunately. Gen X, the famous lost generation, had a bunch of us 14yo in an apartment complex raising each other in a feral gang. One day the local problem criminal chased all the girls through the apartment complex threatening to rape them and trying to fight the boys. The boys lured him into an hallway in one of the apartment buildings. We called the police and they said that since there were any adult witnesses, there was nothing they could do. They sent out one officer and he took off.
Two weeks later that same perp broke into a young couples apartment by smashing down their sliding glass doors.

Nonsense. This is very suspect that they wouldn't go straight to police. Everyone knows 911. Seems very sensational and more complicated than what we are told by these fool creators and CZcamsrs. This kid could be a problem kid trying to make more problems. Yes investigate but I find this highly dubious.

wouldn't it have been more suspicious if they were all girls? Your suspicions are based on knowledge of the outcome and are flavored by bias. I'm sure there's plenty of scenarios like this that aren't abusive. Assuming that men can't raise children on their own or that a single father preferring to raise boys (because he would understand them better as a male) as something deviant demonstrates a hatred for men in general. Not to mention statistically children raised by single father report less physical and sexual abuse then children raised by single mother.
"The DHHS data shows that of children abused by one parent between 2001 and 2006, 70.6% were abused by their mothers, whereas only 29.4% were abused by their fathers."
The issue here isn't a male raising boys, it's that a pedophile was granted access to victims. Grow up.

It feels like the podcaster who was also a CSA victim still had a lot of unresolved issues and they were speaking to the victim like they would have spoken to themselves in that situation. Because they are saying they wished they'd been braver, implying the victim wasn't brave because they, understandably, feared their abuser.

What gets me is the adoption system. My daughter is 32 yrs. old. At 28, she looked into adoption. She was engaged, had a fantastic job, and buying a home. She made $69,000 that year. She was turned down, because she needed to make $80,000. Turned down, although getting married, but they wouldn't let his salary be a consideration. She had an entire community support. The entire neighborhood, where she is park manager, for the last ten years, backed her with support letters. Around 300 homes were willing to vouch for her character. She was turned down, over $11,000. But this POS was allowed, nine times, to adopt? Unreal.

I was a foster child. When I was in the system I got abused on almost every level. I told what happened to my case manager. She addressed it and it was swept under the rug. Only for my foster dad to feel angered and emboldened by the turn of events that happened. It took me having to act up in almost every other way before I was sent to another home that things changed. Only to protect my foster family from the awful child they brought into their home. Not until I was the problem was something done. I’m just glad I was able to keep anything from happening to my little sister as we stayed together through it.

I was never in foster care, but I faced abuse in the home due to my Mother’s neglect and willingness to trust my life with total strangers.
She allowed a man to stay in our home, he had just moved to America from Mexico and was fairly young(I think in his late teens to early adulthood). She had many issues with him while he lived there, but what he did to me was so much worse than her petty reason for kicking him out. I’m thankful every day that it wasn’t r*pe, but the molestation was enough to scar me for life and prevent me from ever coming out about it to any adults. Whenever I made even the slightest hint about what happened to me, it was always dismissed as a “bad dream”. Nobody ever believed me, so I stayed silent.

One of my foster parents made me sit on the porch while they abused another child to watch for people. It ended one day when a CPS worker did a surprise visit and I quietly opened the door and let them walk in on it happening. We were all removed immediately. Our foster parent said, "I'm sorry they're taking you guys away." I was confused. I was like, "I'm not, I've been trying to get out for over a year." It's very sad, heartbreaking how when you get put in the system, you essentially lose your voice. We're not in the system because we failed ourselves. I understand safety issues regarding workers alone; however, something needs to be figured out. I erred on side of child’s safety. I’m female. Listening to the podcasters talk to him that he needed to go to the police because they would remove the children, and trying to make the victim feel guilty because "they will not allow children in that home until a full investigation was done" was infuriating. I'm sure most of us here follow a lot of court proceedings, true crime and have or know someone who has been the victim of abuse knows that isn't the case. The fact that he was on bond for 3 years and still had access to children is appalling, and the initial victim was trying to protect his brothers the best way he knew how. I feel so awful for him and his brothers. Nobody listens to these children!!

Also, what if it was a prank call? What if it was someone who wasn't serious? What if it was someone trying to create fake allegations? They had every right to question him.
I know, I know, he's a victim and all of that but it is still valid to question the victim about specific details so they can better help them. Each story has their side and we have to review ALL the evidence before making an educated conclusion on the matter.

When you’re in a state of shock it’s hard to think clearly and coherently. In his mind he was probably thinking that if he made it sound serious enough, the child would be more willing to report the crime, but it came out wrong. I’m sure now looking back, there’s a million things he realized he could have done differently.

There needs to also be an organization that reviews CPS as a whole I have had to work with them before when I had temporary custody of one of my friends kids because she kept going back to an abusive man and letting him come into the household I had my friends baby for six months and during that time I had to deal with CPS very regularly they would inspect my home they would come talk to me each week but I also saw what they did to my friend and what they did to her was create false scenarios so she would have to jump through one more hurdle, and then a new hurdle and the next one it seemed like they were never going to give the baby back to her the six months that I had her was supposed to be only overnight is what they told me CPS took full advantage of me as a friend of hers and pretty much guilt tripped me into keeping the child longer than the night. I agreed to which turned into six months while I’m going through my own divorce and starting a new job and I just saw cps continually lying on my friend and lying TO HER additionally they would try and play us against each other. It was like I was in some middle school drama never again while I volunteer myself to do any favors for that organization.

Unfortunately as someone said, the system failed these children, again and again. Budgets have been slashed, starting with Reagan, staff aren't especially well-trained, there's a lot of privatization in the system, again, since Reagan, where it's purely for profit. Case loads are impossibly heavy. These child torturers are able to manipulate the system as in this case.

100% lie. I had to report abuse as a child. no adult was supporting me when I did so . I was believed . Kids cant always wait for an adult to save them. They have the power to save themselves from evil adults. sometimes they have to turn to older kids but lets not send the message that they will only receive help if an adult is backing them.@@purplebanana6420

These poor kids. Ugh. I wonder if there even was CPS investigations besides that one where the kid ran away. Or if the dad just told them there was and tried to make them believe that they always got dropped so CPS wouldn’t ever believe them. Also, HOW… HOOOOWWWWW was he allowed to keep those kids after the foreign exchange student turned him in and he was charged?!? How? That’s another way he was able to tell those kids “no one will believe you, look I’m still here after all that”

It's crazy to me how I've heard of good people who wanted to adopt a child so badly, went through all sorts of legal hoops, just to be denied for stupid reasons, like they're income wasn't high enough for the system, yet they had enough income to live comfortably, or other stupid things, yet this monster had no problem adopting 9 boys without a problem... this world is so messed up...

Its done on purpose, look up pizza gate all our presidents, politicians, celebrities, elites etc... are all in it and they say it in plain view but everyone laughs and ignores it because they are somebody famous or powerful. Disney is famous for allowing pedos and pedos who have actually been to prison to work in Disney. What do you think happens to all the thousands of children who go missing in Disneyland? Pedophilia is the biggest crime in the world but no one has their eyes opened, and its by our own GOVERNMENT. 80,000 children went missing a few years ago, and a few thousand children were abducted by our own government from the Lahaina fires they started in Hawaii. Look up the videos recorded in Lahaina the police said no aircraft could help them because of lack of visibility. But on one of the videos you can clearly see a plane holding a large shipping container shortly after the children were missing. All I got to say is this world is going to get worse, searching for truth led me to Jesus and He is coming back and you are invited to Heaven, seek salvation before its too late.

I’ve worked in health care for 2 decades and you would be surprised how many foster case/adoptions I’ve seen take r*pe kits and still see those people in the same homes because there “wasn’t enough evidence”. Bullshit, it’s getting swept under the rug and the kids suffer. You make a report and nothing comes about it and you’re told to STFU
