Wouldn’t the rad get hot and make the oil cooler get hot over time of riding ?

The biggest problem with this system is it 100% bypasses the oil filter. There are zero holes in the adapter and it o-ring seals directly to the cap return line from the heat exchanger. Even if some oil seeped through the filter, there is no way for it to get to the return opening in the case as it is a sealed compartment. If the little adapter had holes in it, there would not be enough pressure to push the oil up to the heat exchanger, so they completely bypassed the filter. Garbage system. That heat exchanger has no fins and I doubt just dropping through the metal tubing would cool it at all. Expensive bling that eliminates oil filtration. Do you think that is worth it?

So do you think is worth to bay it for the kawasaki kxf450?

It doesn't bypass the filter at all. The largest benefit of this is the increased oil volume. It actually needs a tank, not an oil cooler, to make the yz450 a pretty decent street bike, if you have a plate on it and 17 inch motard wheels.

Bypasses the filter lol...obviously you've never actually looked at one. I have one on my KTM and i can assure you it doesn't bypass the filter ...duh

Hello, understandable, you'd have to check with the manufacturer as to why they designed the mounting system that way.

200⁰ air is still colder than 400⁰ oil circulation. It's the difference, not just cool air.
