We tour this home last year nice home but it's not the open concept that we like and the kitchen is too small for our taste otherwise we would have bought it, I love the casita. We were there last week looking for land and we noticed that this house was already sold 🙂 very good price.

Mike, i LOVE this home, and the kitchen is my dream kitchen. The guest house is just gravy. My only wish is that the pool was just a tad larger.

Once again, Mike, you and Hailey brought us a beautiful home. I love the primary being separated like it is, peaceful if you have kids. Closets seemed a bit stingy in primary, but probably just camera perspective. I don't know if the guest house would be worth the money, but I do like it as well as the main home.
I'd let the cook and my maid live in the guesthouse. Or ot woul be great for aging parents
I agree, this same builder also has one of the biggest closets we've seen, but this model the closet was quite a bit smaller. Thanks for watching! Mike.

Another question - Town water and Sewer in this community
Well and Septic, with soft water aquasoft water system throughout the home you can get as an option.

Hi Mike, is there acreage communities like this in the Tampa Bay area (Riverview)?
Hi Jillian, I am not aware of any new communities like this anywhere else in Central Florida. I will ask my Realtor friends who live in Tampa, and if they know of any communities will let you know. BIG Question - Can I buy a lot and have a different builder build on it?
In this community Medallion homes own all the property, so you would have to work with them. There are other communities that do allow you to bring your own builder throughout the State if that is what you want to do, but if you like this specific community, it will have to be Medallion. If you would like assistance in the whole process, let me know, we have a lot of experience representing buyers with custom and production builders, and can be there for you to help you through the process.
