Its actually better than I expected, but you should know that creative mode is much much less intensive than normal battle roayle mode. You get around half the fps compared to creative mode.

I'm downloading now to test on the base M1 Pro 14. Has a better GPU then the 13 inch Pro.
@@CleanDesign_ And why is that? Does it have more cores or something? Sorry I'm not that knowledgable in the new M series lineup from Apple
@@Panmiszcz-lv4mk Yes, the M1 Pro has a 14 core GPU, where as the the base M1 (the one in the 13 inch M1 Pro MacBook) has an 8 core GPU.
Anyway I was blown away. The game auto calibrated to 1440p and it ran smooth as butter. I tried to add as much stuff in creative as I could and then start blowing stuff up, but there was no hiccups. So sad Macs can't play the current version of Fortnite as everyone else does.
I am curious as heck to see how the current M3 Max runs the game. It has a 40 core GPU and is 2 generations newer than the chip in my laptop.

Older Models (2006-2012) are actually really cheap now! If you wanted to get one, I would certainly recommend that era. Thank you! :)

Fortnite is no longer supported on Mac because Apple banned it!
It’s also stuck on a real old version from 3 years ago; its crazy how you can still even play
Yep! It's a shame too as it would be interesting to see modern Fortnite running natively on Apple Silicon!
@@xashwty kinda like how you can still play Fortnite mobile on iPhone (if you have an old phone with it installed) and the servers still work so you can get into a real BR game if you wait 15 minutes and hope that someone else is also playing on their old Mac or iPhone.
Apple didn’t ban Fortnite on Mac, Epic was just salty and stopped updating it due to what was happening in the iOS side.
