@@Lynn-ip9sh Whether she actually likes makeup is irrelevant. She has a pattern of making snide comments and insults about people who wear makeup, all while wearing it herself. If anything that perspective makes her sound worse because that means she very well understands societal pressure and she STILL shit talks “girly girls” like a middle schooler.
She meant that in the context of her dad. They shared that tomboy bond and they lost that obviously later on. Her dad and Kylie started hanging out more and talking about makeup. Her dad’s interests changed and Kendall was missing what they used to do together. People take that whole comment out of context which isn’t fair.
kendall’s comments about models walking 30 shows a season was disgusting and she was the highest paid model of the year because of her other ventures she barely walked and worked that season

“Those girls” work very hard and are proud of their accomplishments. As they should be! Also, they often work 50-75 shows not 30. And they take as many shows as they can get bc they don’t have family money and/or family connections so they use those shows to network for their futures

Bella Hadid is who Kendall thinks she is. Being a Hadid might have opened doors for her, but she works very hard. Bella is at every show putting her best foot forward, she takes her job serious. She's working for her recognition, especially in her recent show where a dress was spray painted onto her. She might have been born in the spotlight but that moment proved that she is working towards being iconic. Kendall, on the other side, she's so bland on her shows. I doubt she gives her best and she complains on everything.
Bella works hard and that is very inspiring but let’s not forget she is extremely problematic as well

Kendall said so many passive aggressive negative comments about Kylie’s appearance knowing Kylie was insecure. I think Kendall was jealous of Kylie because she turned around and got plastic surgery herself, yet denies it at least Kylie admitted she gets filler.

I think people's biggest issue with Kendall (and pick me's in general) is the fact that they put down women who actually enjoy wearing makeup/being a girlie girl/etc. It's like women who work putting down stay at home moms who choose that to be their job.
Feminism isn't about throwing away the ability for women to do things that are branded to be traditionally feminine, it simply offers them the CHOICE and tries to dismantle the EXPECTATION that women should be home makers, SAHM's, have children, act "feminine" etc.

The thing that gets me about the kardashian/Jenner’ s preaching about how hard they work is the fact that they don’t cook their own food, clean their own house, do their own laundry, or do their own errands. Of course they have an abundance of time to focus on business ventures and accumulating wealth.. on top of already having a head start in life by growing up wealthy.
This is a fact. When they say they’re “so busy” or “so overwhelmed with work” I bet it’s no more work than a regular 40 hour work week. people are out here working 50+ hours a week + home duties + kids. If they had to do all of the housework (and just everyday errands that regular people do like groceries ect) they would die.

Let us not forget when Corey Gamble said to Kendall she's been "a rude person for years" after she and Kylie got into it in front of him, and he took Kylie's side. I believed him then and I still believe that. She got pissed at Kim too right before the infamous Kim/Kourtney slap fest. Kendall has an elitist air about her that's cringe af. @@MakaykayLAMB - No offense, but what you did here was conflate. Everyone needs to be judged by their own IDENTITY and family names/ history is important to keep separate. Yes, you're right that the two younger Jenner girls would not be where they are w/out their Kardashian sisters/ mom, etc, but it's also important to keep these things in sep spaces and judge ea facet of a topic on its own merits. When you lump things together that are supposed to be separate, that's a conflation that causes others to be confused so pls don't misinform like that and also show some respect for the duality of language and the duality of psychology.
Turn this around for a minute - Think of it like this: What if ppl blindly associate you w/ one of the sides of your family that you don't align yourself with or you do but the outside world keeps shoving you in to the back of their successes (or failures) - all of which you didn't make but others make you be seen in their shadow - are you OK w/ that?
This happens w/ women who also get thought of as their husband's name too much and lose their own identity when they marry. It's not cool to say, '"Oh that's Mike's wife", (or 'so and so's wife') instead of addressing you properly as your name. So don't you prefer, “hey there's Makaela!” when greeted vs someone saying, “Hey - there's John's girl!” - or whoever is your partner?

I've heard a lot about Kendall being a bully to regular people. Servers at restaurants have posted about how she's mean and dismissive to them and makes fun of them behind their backs to her famous friends.
Did you ever stop to consider that she may be making fun of them - if she is that is - b/c of their poor service? Are you gonna tell me you never get put off by the bad servers out there? Really? I won't believe you if you say no. I have been upset w/ and made fun of plenty of servers for being bad at their job & when I am served poorly and my order is messed up and they don't try to correct it, no, I will not leave a tip or I will leave a small one b/c ppl need to EARN their wage so if you're lazy or rude to me, I will not reward that. We need to look at the principle instead of just the rumor or gossip that we don't really know for sure.
Many servers either serve too much - over-serve or under-serve. There's no balance in the restaurant industry anymore than the modeling industry - lol! I have worked in both so I know from much experience. The servers are never usu trained well - not in USA like they tend to be in Europe.
They either come to the table overloading your coffee or tea glass & after you just sweetened it and then they pour more drink into your still-full glass or cup and dilute your good flavor and this is b/c they don't bother to ask or bother to observe your table. They are supposed to be good observors as they 'wait tables' - well what does that mean actually? It means to be patient and watch the tables you are in charge of and if someone is running low on something, you drop by and ask them if they want more instead of blindly assuming it's Ok to bring whatever you think they need every 5 mins and pester the ppl who are trying to talk and don't wish to be interrupted all through their meal. Or you do need something a few times in an hour span of time and they never show up til it's time to collect a tip!
I have high standards b/c I know better and was trained well, taught manners & good ppl skills so I expect others to level up too. Maybe this is KJ's issue? Or maybe not, but what I'm trying to do here is offer another way of looking at something you know little about or have not the full details of so you are jumping on a bandwagon to fit it w/ all the other critics - instead of offering another viewpoint to make ppl think more critically. Writing in your comment section - "I heard" is not a way to 'contribute' something more to the conversation. Bring something more b/c this is 'filler' repetitive speak that most ppl like to chime in w/ b/c it makes ppl feel good to agree w/ ea other, but -- is cheap gossip a way to really connect?
We're a lazy culture these days doing a bunch of criticizing w/out critically thinking! This irony has got to be canceled. Instead of blindly canceling ppl - we need to cancel lame and bad ideas. Not everyone can be or should be - the girl next door as some of us are just outspoken and blunt and our society cannot handle that well b/c of all the fools who are hung up on being PC. You need to be able to see better into human behavior by looking past just the surface of things.
For example, sometimes a bad waiter can not serve well and that can make a customer not tip well or an interviewer get too up into your business so you have to push them back a bit. Of course, I don't know Kendall, so I am just pointing out how none of you on here do either and you rush to a judgment w/ out considering how the other side of this can look from other points of view.
KJ seems to me to defend herself pretty well and others prefer walking on glass and being politically correct morons, so you can be overly sensitive if you want and take everything celebs or others say or do too seriously but I will always speak freely and if KJ does the same thing - as she projects herself as doing - then good for her and if you want to lump me in w/ other outspoken ppl who aren't afraid to speak out too - then good for me. I've been this way my whole life and I am not some rich celeb who's spoiled or self-entitled.

I study psychology and anthropology and am writing a book about the contradictions of human behavior so I click on all kinds of vids - even ones I don't want to click on. I like to challenge ppl to think a bit more, and a bit more differently - to go outside the stereotype and the box, and free your mind to see beyond the surface but most fools don't want to stretch themselves and be open-minded enough to see the other side or other viewpoints. It’s the other way around though, she doesn’t think highly of herself and that’s why she is putting others down. It stems in development psychology and it’s sadly a common behavior when people have deep insecurities. We studied this in my psychology classes as university.

Even since men have been chasing, take the trophy types, the girls who fit the beauty standard seriously in relationships, the type social media tells them is worthy of being claimed and marry. So they’ve become clones of each other, if social media stops existing tomorrow these trophy girls/women won’t have a character and personality of their own. Because they didn’t develop their own character/personality,no style. That’s why their wardrobe looks the same, their houses, apartments have the same interior designs. They pick what they see online and make it their own.

The amount of content I’ve started to consume analyzing the downfall of the Kardashians when I’ve never even watched the actual show is crazy. The societal lessons that can be learned from discussing this family is insane. I recently watched one on Kim Kardashians recent body formation to more of a white woman’s physique and the CZcamsr commentator did an amazing job tying in her intent, the systemic racism that benefits white beauty, appealing to the black male gaze, class/privilege etc… the family just reflects a lot of cultural and societal issues that are normalized

the fall of kendall jenner and the rise of bella hadid. out of all of them, i feel like bella is the only one who actually loves what she's doing and it's paying off. she also has a very likable personality like her sister. hope she continues to grow.
I was signed to an agency in 2020 that was pretty reputable. I live in boston and paid my own expenses to travel to new york for fashion week. I did a show every day that I was out there, did a ton of networking & events and got paid for NOTHING. I did gain a ton of exposure (which didn't help because covid kind of ruined fashion shows for a while & I was very quickly forgotten about), but I don't think it was worth the money, time and effort I put in. To hear people like Kendall make remarks about other people because they WORK HARD is ridiculous. If I had Kris as a momager I probably wouldn't have had to work that hard either..... It's so tone deaf to say things like that. I did a "paid" show where they paid my agent and not me.

If anything, you would think Gigi was the highest paid model in the world, followed by Bella, because while they come from a privileged family, those girls are on EVERY commercial and are basically in EVERY fashion show, and really do a lot of work. Gigi is still doing so much, even after having her first baby.
And even while they come from wealth, they've had so many internal family battles (typically against their mother) since they were children, regarding their religion and culture.
At this point, when somebody talks about modeling in general, I immediately think of Gigi.

Out of ALL of today's nepotism models, the only one that I think has that "IT factor" but is often overlooked is Bella Hadid. And I feel like it has to do with constantly being put against Gigi and Kendall (Gigi's bff) and having to work twice as hard as her to prove herself not only to others but her own mother. Yolanda obviously favors Gigi. Her recent show with the spray on dress was spectacular, it really brought me back to the 90s.
As for Kendall, idk what her problem is. Sibling rivalry is nasty. It’s so sad to say this but Kendall reminds me of my older sister. And it’s insane how similar they are. My older sister is really pretty and she’s known that for ages because I’ve been the ugly one that gets compared to her extremely often and this ensures her that she’s pretty. She always puts me down for things when she knows that I’m insecure. It’s really, really sad, and I know exactly how Kylie feels. Honestly, I would say the origin of my insecurities is my older sister, for how often she’s put me down. It’s even worse when you wanna say something back to her but when you look at her pretty face and think about how bad you look compared to her, all the anger goes way and all that is left is, pain and hateful comments to yourself. We still get along but this will always be something that kills me whenever I think of it. I’m confident now compared to how it was before but sometimes small comments related to looks still frighten me. It’s honestly painful and nobody understands unless they’ve been there.

Honestly, Kendall Jenner comes off as entitled. But even her sisters and Corey Gamble said that she’s mean. But for a lot of things she gets called out for (such as the Pepsi commercial), I think she genuinely lacks awareness and doesn’t know. But i feel like Pepsi set her up tbh unless everyone there was completely unaware of the issue. but i think she talks before she thinks
