Wish you had left an amazon or some other affiliate link to purchase one so you'd get credit. I'm always happy to do this for people like yourself who take the time to share info on fixing things... You can bet having a dealership would be into the $100's.. Thanks!

Lefty, I bought mine fm FCP Euro. Got it in 4 days as I am on the West coast.
David, I am a new subscriber because of this video. Your instructions along with the .video were perfect. I'm guessing that your instruction probably saved me a $200 part and 200 dollars of 'labor' at the dealer. Thanks brother!

Thanks for subscribing! I got a quote from a shop today to change control arms and cv axles and it was $2,000. The parts will only cost me $500. These cars are easy to work on, so I'm very pleased to see i helped!

@@AwakeDude911 People who don't know better or are incapable of doing simple maintenance and repairs... The book all the auto shops use for time to fix is absolute garbage.. Maybe for a first time, uncertified mechanic to learn by trial and error at the customer's expense.. Videos by people like this must be hurting the shops.. Which I am completely fine with... I

Excellent job. I quickly cycled my high beam switch tonight, and something blew. I get no high beam action of any kind - dash indicator or lights, and since I haven't yet found that there is a high beam relay, my guess is I may need to replace this part. If that ends up being the case, this will come in handy. Thanks!

I'm having intermittent issues with the turn signal. Everything else on the lever works properly, but sometimes when I try to indicate a right or left turn, it either doesn't click, or clicks rapidly then stops, and sometimes works just fine. I can make it work by varying the amount of pressure I put on the lever. Are the contacts located inside the whole lever assembly or is that something else? Also is there a flasher relay inside the lever assembly or somewhere else? Thanks !

Hi guys may be you can help me . I bought the wrong part 30658618 when it should be 30768097. They look alike but signal does not work. May I change the circuit board and that's it or do you know if the cables are also different?

Great video. I have an 02 s60 base model and my Turn Signal does not have that they call the trip computer the Reset button on the Swtich. By chance do you know if I got one with the Trip Switch if it will still function? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Does anyone have a method for troubleshooting the replacement of the new switch and it not working at all? I haven't taken it apart but after having plugged in the new one and it not working, I put the old (snapped in half still fully functional) one back in to test it no longer worked.... Any clues guys?

I have the exact same problem. Put the old one back in, and it no longer works either. I'm wondering if the pins are off, but it goes in so smoothly. Could it be a fuse?
