also no murals, those that had painted sci graterford , so many memories of sci graterford. I believe it would be a good place to get traditional skill sets at. allow those that want to learn plumbing, brick, electrical, cable, hvac to live in graterford. btw how much money they dump into graterford last 20yr millions . I get modern facilities but the skills are lost big time.

Well, Well, It seems your focus is the prison building industry. Better control of behavior doesnt require your multi million dollar profits. Show me some learning materials, a teacher, a philosopher, a powerpoint auditorium. How about a workshop, teach people to use their hands and build things. Maybe construction or dont you want the competition. How about psychology and sociology to unravel the riddle of their lost lives. How about some gardening in that massive yard to save the taxpayers on food. How about some color and windows. Your not correcting anything you are just making situations worse. Your not getting to the root of the issues. You are doing nothing more than JUSTIFIED SPENDING THEATRE. The folks in hard hats and vests are severely out of condition and dont use their hands actively except to peal money and justify another bad creation. Of course we need justice and punishment but the intelligence at work here is not part of the solution. We are thinking men and women. These models have been proven weak and insensible. Not one person discussing or facilitating and showing how to truly help someone be greater than themselves. Maybe they should spend a few years in the hell they have created to improve their behavior. How many innocents will be warehoused there? How many mandatory sentences for cannabis the state is now banking on. Oh I forgot, the state has to get its cut. The mafia model of business. They control alcohol, gambling expanding to bars now while under the influence you can gamble your money away to the state. Soon it will be prostitution as well. The opiate clinics, methadone etc are the state sanctioned heroin facilities. It goes on and on. Great correction work. Wow. These places are full of bad juju. They wreak of wickedness and are as twisted as some of the people they contain. Too many victims reside in those walls. They just passed a strangulation law with a mandatory. The new weapon doesnt require marks to convict and is a felony. Wanna bet multiple victims who are innocent will spend time in these hellholes. Hell they accomodate the handicapped. Whats the funding for that management. Pretty high. A palace of corruption like the rest. These places make me sick.
