$400 million on prison, but cit school funding. School to prison pipeline
Inmates lives are more important than kids
How the hell does a prison have better facilities then some schools in Pennsylvania?
Money .
Thanks for posting.
They make that shit sound like a vacation spot.
The sad truth is for some it will be fucked up
@@DrerealEast3278it is for most people
They lied about the price tag they were over budget $200 million so the total was 600 million not four
Nice! Especially the "having to earn" part.
Prisons arent rehabilitation. I been in county the asdhole vounty workers are less than tolerant
Elisa Griffith those god damn vounty workers!
I was in Graterford,Pa for a few months before I got transferred to Canp Hill
Old side or the new side?
I was in the old side, this was back in ‘83
Seems like one of the better prisons to do time
Not at all
Absolutely not
Hell no
Not at all. My brother just came home from there and it's dirty and toilets don't correctly work not electric, and the floor is sinking.. basically the prison is going under ground eventually
Nice video
I just came from prison after doing 2 years the fucking jail is sinking its been sinking for years
My brother said the same thing he just came home in January.
@@johnsonmishana What did he mean by sinking? The inmates were out of control? Or the Co"s were showing signs of racism?
This place is in my town
How do do you feed them.
Elisa Griffith cafeteria. They know how to feed themselves
@@futball24actually they deliver the food to the blocks now ever since COVID and they plan on keeping it that way for good because it's less inmate movement which makes for less fights and violence!!
@@futball24any other questions you can ask me I've been there I was released back in August 2023..
What can i do?
Whatever u want to do... Go 4 it
I can't wait to do a bid here
Lol
Dont worry Sean, you probably will.i heard its knocked off.if I'd have to do time,I'd much rather do it in graterford.the only thing i see is a plus,is the a.c. the yards look like they suck

2:15 “you can go to a regular dining room”
Can you order lobster and steak?
Can girls be moved to men's cells if overcrowding gets out of hand
No stop dreaming lol
loose dinning chairs.. mistake .. 1:23
Orison Squirrell right. Them bitches gone be flying
also no murals, those that had painted sci graterford , so many memories of sci graterford. I believe it would be a good place to get traditional skill sets at. allow those that want to learn plumbing, brick, electrical, cable, hvac to live in graterford. btw how much money they dump into graterford last 20yr millions . I get modern facilities but the skills are lost big time.
That's prob staff dining
Yes, that's ODR
You need to help these kudd
Elisa Griffith yeah help the kudd
Kudd😲🤔😂😂
Brown? Couldn’t you have at least painted the cell doors blue, given the Unit some color?
Soothing colors have been shown to have an impact on inmate behavior.
Brown is neutral. Blue is unnatural.
I helped build a prison my uncle did 30 years in There
Deathe sentence talk to bill clunto about that.
My brother is incarcerated here.
4000
No it's 4001...
Btw how many times u gonna comment... U got like 8 or 9 out there🤣🤣🤣🤣
WELCOME DANELO CAVALCANTI
So you're allowed to film inside a prison right places where a lot of people don't get to see but if you were a CZcamsr filming outside the prison then they get butthurt
Bill Cosby’s new home
Yes
Mofern day inmate?.
This just isnt going to work for Mr.Cosby.
That ain't gonna work
Most ate emotionally mentally disturbed. So whats your idra for future? Most these children need serious help. My cousin wad on chain gang in 40s.
Elisa Griffith Your cousin wad on chain gang? I think he was committing a crime doing that.
If I were in prison,I`d want to be in solitary. Privacy and no cell mate!
You would think that but you go crazy after a month or so !
Go spend 23 and 1 in a closet and come back in a week
Trust me when i say from experience. Your mind will eventually break. GP is where you want to be when locked down. Its the bidding with the other inmates that helps pass your time quicker.
As someone who has served 11 years total in solitary, I'd say you tap out in 48 hours.
Well, Well, It seems your focus is the prison building industry. Better control of behavior doesnt require your multi million dollar profits. Show me some learning materials, a teacher, a philosopher, a powerpoint auditorium. How about a workshop, teach people to use their hands and build things. Maybe construction or dont you want the competition. How about psychology and sociology to unravel the riddle of their lost lives. How about some gardening in that massive yard to save the taxpayers on food. How about some color and windows. Your not correcting anything you are just making situations worse. Your not getting to the root of the issues. You are doing nothing more than JUSTIFIED SPENDING THEATRE. The folks in hard hats and vests are severely out of condition and dont use their hands actively except to peal money and justify another bad creation. Of course we need justice and punishment but the intelligence at work here is not part of the solution. We are thinking men and women. These models have been proven weak and insensible. Not one person discussing or facilitating and showing how to truly help someone be greater than themselves. Maybe they should spend a few years in the hell they have created to improve their behavior. How many innocents will be warehoused there? How many mandatory sentences for cannabis the state is now banking on. Oh I forgot, the state has to get its cut. The mafia model of business. They control alcohol, gambling expanding to bars now while under the influence you can gamble your money away to the state. Soon it will be prostitution as well. The opiate clinics, methadone etc are the state sanctioned heroin facilities. It goes on and on. Great correction work. Wow. These places are full of bad juju. They wreak of wickedness and are as twisted as some of the people they contain. Too many victims reside in those walls. They just passed a strangulation law with a mandatory. The new weapon doesnt require marks to convict and is a felony. Wanna bet multiple victims who are innocent will spend time in these hellholes. Hell they accomodate the handicapped. Whats the funding for that management. Pretty high. A palace of corruption like the rest. These places make me sick.
God bless you
They'l have to earn back their hard hats with good behavior
A lot of broke English in here hot damn.
so beautiful for you all and your families. thanks my parents, no more property taxes to pay. no identity to use except my identity.
What if you abused child like most
That’s a women or a man?
It will save taxpayers 10 million a year, but costs $400 million. It will pay for itself in 40 years. Woohoo
No he's going to SCI Waymart with the rest of the sex offenders.
Nah their in sci mercer
*they're
Bill Cosby is at SCI PHOENIX
@@jasonchristian958 what's the most violent prison in Pennsylvania ?
@@SapBoy365 right now... Id say either Camp Hill, Huntington, or Dallas... Then again Frackville too... I'm only going from back in the day though, I don't know about today... My last bid was 04 ... I heard the newer Phoenix ( new Graterford) is a rough stop 🤷♂️
@@SapBoy365 camp hill, coal township, rockview, houtzdale, dallas. Not in any order but I'd say those are top 5.
