Today’s recipe is a wonderful White Chocolate Cake. This cake is sweet and dense and filled with whipped cream and white chocolate. But this cake is also great without any filling or icing and can be enjoyed as a wonderful tea time cake.

Ingredients:
White chocolate mud cake:
White Chocolate 1 cup
Milk 1½ cup
Butter ¾ cup (170gms)
Sugar 1¼ cup
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
All-purpose flour/ Maida 2½ cup
Baking powder 2 ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
White Chocolate Ganache:
White chocolate 2/3 cup
Whipping/ Fresh cream ¼ cup
Whipped cream frosting:
Whipping Cream 2 cups
White chocolate ganache 4-5 tbsp
Powdered Sugar to taste

Can we use oil instead of butter
This recipe is a butter based one. It is better not to replace with oil.

Hi dr I tried this sponge cake...taste wise it was amazing and soft too...but I tried cut into layers it becomes very crumbled...and become breaks..what's is the reason?
Hey! Thank you for trying my recipe!!! The cake is slightly crumblier than normal cakes because of the white chocolate. However, for slicing it better, cool the cake really well and chill it in the fridge overnight before layering. and use a serrated knife to cut.
